My amount has not been returned i placed an order for a kurta on voonik its amount is 474 my order no is r [protected] but due to small size i returned the kurta but i did not receive the bigger size kurta nor the amount please return the amount back as soon as possible we got the message of kurta being returned to voonik on 14 april and also we got the message that the exchange kurta has been dispached but still we have not received the exchange...

I want to cancel my order as it is under process and i can't cancel it.. The reason of my cancelation is that i have mistakenly placed an order twise of the same product due to network problem...

On 16/02/2017 i purchased one product. due to damaged condition and request from voonik team i return back to the seller. after that they are initiated and processed to refund the money.
still now i did not get the refund money . i contacted so many time through mail and call. they always ask, our team will notify the same allow us 24 working hours.

almost finished two months. still now voonik team didn't solve my issue....
