I ordered from Vonik having order id R[protected] on 25.10.2015 and delivery was on 3.11.2015. Till now the product is not dispatched and there is no response from customer care for the same. What i l do, already i did online payment..please help me out,...

I placed an order R[protected] and after this i m not received any order then i placed a refund request in ur office on phone call then one of yout representative said that i received my refund dated 29oct but this is not happen.Do something .i m ur good customer please dnt make your impression bad infront of me...

I ordered a product and the order number: R[protected] is for that product so if
that person doing that kind of business to there customer then what should i do against of them because i paid for that product already by my credit card and as according to this page people were already get st-rucked by voonik so i must need to get back my refund....

I ordered a saree on 31st August 2015, twice i get it replace as the product is totally different from the displayed one so I get it returned and after that it's being three month, neither I get the amount nor any support from voonik or snapdeal from where I get the order. . the worst and disappointing experience . ....

On 9th of October I placed an order for set of 4 leggings on Voonik.com on COD. I did receive the product, not one but two. As I was out of home at the time of delivery, my relative received the products and paid for two. I opened one parcel and found the product damaged. Please think twice before buying any item from voonik.com. This site not only cheats people but also harrass them when some body tries to lodge a complaint. Mine is a clear cut case of severe negligence, fraud and cheating. I HAD ORDERED SAREES IN BULK consisting of 10 items.
