Ordered a saree didn't get the refund

Discrimination in delivering my order

On 9th of October I placed an order for set of 4 leggings on Voonik.com on COD. I did receive the product, not one but two. As I was out of home at the time of delivery, my relative received the products and paid for two. I opened one parcel and found the product damaged. I contacted to customer services and asked both the products to be returned. They agreed and told me that they will arrange courier service for returning the products....
