I purchased whirlpool fridge in 2007. There is no or very less cooling in the refrigerator since january 2019. I had called whirlpool service center, they changed the compressor of the fridge and charged us rs 7500 including service charges (Rs 6500 for compressor and rs 1000 as service charge). Still the fridge having issues with cooling. We have paid a lot and in return want better service.

In my washing machine water leakage problem was there. I contacted your customer care for repair on 12th march 2019. Service center person came and told it will take 7, 272 rs and problem will be fix. I will take washing machine to my service center. Bought new product on 24th Feb 2019 which hardly worked for 1-2 weeks.
Followed up with technical who installed but in vain no productive response. Then raised request, technician visited and arrived to issue of gas need to fill.
