Hi, i was pursued by whitlpool executive that if i pay for two years amc i will get six months addon extension which i had negotiated for 12 months. The executive convinced to make payment and he will punch 3 yrs as amc duration. But to my surprise i received only 2 yrs amc. Despite several emails noone is responding from whirpool!

We have called the customer care for replacement of broken washing machine cover for our whirlpool top load washing machine and even after calling the customer care for multiple times, no one responded. They say that service person will contact you, but no service person has ever visited our place. When I started to push Whirlpool to close the issue, today they sent duplicate part as replacement even though I had asked them yesterday only to take 2-3 more days but send only Genuine & original parts.
This act is totally unethical & Whirlpool must act to stop that such incidents....

With respect to complain# bg[protected], mr. Venkat[protected] replaced some electronic panel in my refrigerator without proper testing.
Company charged me rs. 5313 which includes cost of panel and service charge.
Post that he suggested switch on after 2 hours and it will work. But the problem remained as it is, when i followed the instruction.

The spinning in the washing machine is noisy, i logged a complaint the tech visited and said its a bearing problem and it will cost roughly around 5500. I am not happy with this. I bought a fully automatic 7.0 kg whirlpool washing machine last month. While washing the cloths i noticed that the machine is fluttering violently when it is spinning.
