Dear sir/madam i lost my mobile before a week. i did not any complaint to police. i cloud knew that theft number by help of xolo secure inbuild application. even i can not do anything that theft people of . i have my mobile emi number. i want block that mobile from that thef. Firstly, we are sorry to know that your handset has been lost. With reference to your query, kindly get in touch with the service provider (Airtel, Idea, Vodafone etc.) and they will assist you regarding your concern.
With reference to your issue, we regret to inform you that we are unable to help in this issue as we are only the manufacturer of the product and we have no rights to trace or deactivate the mobile from our end, for the same you have to contact your service provider, they could help you in this regards.
