[Resolved] Xolo — Non working of mobile touch screen | |||
Dear Concerned Manager, I regret to inform you that I am very disappointed with the treatment given to me by your customer care support. I purchased a Mobile XOLO Q1000 model from R.G. Mobile Gallery, Saharanpur on dated 12.02.2014. The touch screen of my mobile phone is not working from the past 15days and I have reported the same to customer care, saharanpur but they have shown very negligence attitude towards me and denied to repair my mobile phone by saying that we can't repair your mobile phone as the moisture has come into the mobile phone. I have already written two mails to customer support on dated 3.8.14 and 5.8.14 and doesn't get any reply till date. I am sorry to say that this is the worst service I have ever got in my life. I have used many mobile phones in past and always got the good response. Due to your bad response, I am thinking to suggest other persons not to purchase the XOLO mobile phones as the service support is very poor. When I purchased the XOLO mobile phone, I thought that XOLO is the new brand in mobile phones as compared to Samsung, Nokia and XOLO will try its level best to feed the customers fantastically as they are new in market and want to have a good name in the market, but my thinking was wrong, It seems that XOLO are only interested to sell the mobile phones in the market, and they don't bother after sales service. If this is your strategy to become a good name in the market than I am sorry, you can't survive in the market by this attitude. I am following up for the correction of my mobile from last 15 working days and doesn't get any positive result. So, I am writing you a mail with great hope, that you help me in getting my phone corrected and will not let my hope dow otherwise I will have to knock the door of consumer forum.
