I had ordered a product from voonik and they are not at all delivering my product. When we try to contact they said they will deliver now and until this time we didn't got the product. Pls try to resolve that. Last time when i ordered a product from voonik they sent through xpressbess and i didn't get the product and finally they sent back to the seller. What a courier service this....

My order is a snapdeal product. The courier says that it has been attempted to be delivered but that i was not available to take the item. This is simply not true, no delivery has been attempted at all. The courier has to go past the neighboring property. They can confirm that no delivery has been attempted. The courier tells snapdeal that they have attempted the delivery too. Xpress bees is a courier service. Why are they doing this? I presume...

I have given all my details corectly but the delivery boy didn't came and asked me to come far away from my village saying that my address doesn't comes him... i'am really disappointed that my product didn't reached me...

I have ordered an item from snapdeal its been two days since it reached cochin and it has not been delivered. I have already contacted xpressbees customer care service and they are giving the same answer that it will be delivered today. And when it's after 7pm they will sent a message to my phone it cannot be delivered today since i am not available to accept delivery and they didn't even contact me once. I have already paid for this product...

Iam ordered a un stitch shirting fabric pack of 5.. My order number is. 93256064. My order is reached in 22/6/16.. It will be lated three days, courir service man or another person in the courier service is broken in the seal... And the product will be replaced.. And got a dirty product.. It is treachery... I believed shop clues and their courier.. I want justice, please help me....

I had a order from SNAP DEAL but Like all other people same with me they never came & called but all three times fake update in website saying mobile unreachable, customer not available. worst courier service, i don't understand why e commerce company use this kind of courier companies. Today i was called by a courier delivery person delivering for shopclues, i felt as if some stupid street goon was talking to me. He refused to deliver the courier to my address upon which i asked him why is your company even working if you can not deliver it to the given address upon which he said 'jab nalon mein ghar banaoge to wahan kaun aayega'?

It was really disappointing and insulting behavior which...

Dear Expressbees, Plz check that whether your courier guys in Tezpur, Assam comes to deliver our orders at our doorstep.They donot come to deliver our orders.
They instead calls us to collect our orders from their office.

So, plz check it and make sure that they come to deliver our orders.

I was ordered microsoft lumia from snapdeal on 1 june and order delevered by epressbees and i m disappointed by because i was call to your costumer care for complaint that in your courier i was found stone then your costumer care person simple say no. To regester my complaint i m totally disapointed by the outer seal of your compant i m totally disappointed and dipressed....

This is the second time in a week i am logging a complaint against this company which fails to meet its commitment and not delivering products in the estimated delivery period date.
Tern action needs to be taken against this as company. The executives are unprofessional and expert in making lame promises.
