[Resolved]  Yatra.com — I am still waiting for justice from you for Booking ID No. 12767956

Dear Sir/Madam;It is very shameful for Yatra.com which customer care staff forcing me to pay more money even after 5 days of issuance of tickets.If you don't know the matter plz read here carefully that I was trying to book ticket from Yatra.com for Mr. Mohmed Hanif Shaikh & his family for 9 Aug 2014 from Bombay-Winnipeg but not able to apply discount code successfully. Meanwhile I received a call from Yatra.com with No.[protected] informing me that if I want to book this ticket I will get big discount and ticket for 3 Adults and 1 Child will be for Rs. 220000. I agreed for the same and as per promised I made payment of Rs. 220000 successfully.After Booking Ticket there was message on Yatra.com:You have paid Rs. 220000.0 for Booking reference number 12767956Fortunately, I have telephonic communication audio clip available and attacjed herewith. After successful payment Mr. Raj Sinha, who has offerd ticket for Rs. 2, 20, 000 (Plz listen carefully attached Telecommunication Audio Clip) your customer care member has changed his color and told me on phone that I will not get theses discount and force me to reveal if I am getting big amount of discount from any other website. He says I will get refund for same and booking has been cancelled.At that time I had no credit of Rs. 220000 so I can't issue ticket from another website. So Yatra.com was at fault and I have no option but to complaint to my HDFC Bank and take action against Yatra.com in consumer court.So all evidences were against Yatra.com and I explained everything to Yatra.com other Customer Care Members, Mr. Sandeep and Isita with the hope to get justice from you. And at last according to them the issue has been resolved and they agreed to issue ticket and I was also informed to avoid Mr. Raj Sinha if he contact me by phone or email.And now he is sending me email, threatening to cancel booking if remaining amount not pay till 26 Jun 2014. I would like to ask that why he is forcing me to pay Rs 3, 700 which is lowest fare of Cleartrip.com and if I had to book ticket in this fare I would had booked directly on Cleartrip.com. And I had not to suffer all this bothering by him. The offer Of Rs 2, 20, 000 was from Mr. Raj Sinha, he called me up and now he has changed his language.I have all evidences that also having Audio Clip of talking with Ishita and Sandeepbhai who agreed that I was not at fault and therfore they issued ticket.So I am in your court to get justice and hope for the same I'll get justice from you soon.
