money deducted while the ticket was not booked and no refund received for the cancelled ticket from there side

Hi,

I am rupali phatak verified customer from yatra.com
I booked two flights from yatra portal and had an extremely terrible experience with that.

Now i am going to state both the problems and need to the refund asap.

There is no booking id given to me as when i was doing the payment the money got deducted from my account but no booking...

flight booking using google pay

I have booked a flight through yatra from patna to bangalore. The money was deducted but i did not receive the tickets.

Flight: indigo 6e-178
Travel date: feb 1, 2020
Travel time: 6:15 pm
Travel place: from patna to bangalore

The booking was done using google pay but i did not receive the ticket. I have already sent the email to yatra but i did not get a response from them....

I had booked a bus ticket for 16-jan-2020 from ballia to lucknow, booking reference is[protected]. Bus pnr: xalm[protected]. Operator pnr: xalm[protected]. Seat number: 22, 21. Bus departure time was 8pm. I cancled the ticket at 7.25pm when i canceled the ticket it had shown that your ticket cancled sussesfully and after that i emailed to company at 7.58 pm also. After 1 hour at 9pm yatra.com mailed me that you cancled your ticket...

flight fare has been deducted with its been confirmed

First of all i make the flight booking from raipur to delhi n it wasn’t confirmed and the money has been deducted from my account and even i got a message from yatra as you can see in the pic above. Yatra said if your flight fare deducted will be reversed. I would really like to share the message yatra has been sent it to me but some how it failed. Please do contact as soon as possible. As i believe in yatra i haven’t crossed check the hotel and booked the trip. Now they are saying that those hotels are actually 3 star as per yatra but 4 star as per google or other travel site. I cancelled Air India flight tickets (which was booked through Yatra )on 19th October. I am expecting the refund of RS 5436 as per Yatra's and Airline refund policy. I raised this with Yatra but no one is responding on this Everytime I contact them they gave 48hrs timeline but no action taken yet....

fare protect for international airline booking

Yatra provides what it calls a :"fare protect scheme" where if after booking the international fares fall, they will remit the difference.

Normally the fares rise so they have little risk as fares rise closer to travel date.

However in may case the fares fell and after a lot of efforts they transferred about rs 3500 as ecash which was supposed to be for unrestricted use as they are returning the difference of...

Have booked for 1dec to 3 dec in courtyard marriott in madurai. Even while confirming my payment i have checked and taken screenshots. After my payment it tells me i have confirmed booking for goa on some other dates.
