I have ordered two shoes. Amount debited from my account. Still now i have not receive my orders. No response from toll free no. Expected delivery was 29 april. I can't cancelled my order. I can't do anything. Many of them are suffering from this online shopping in yepme. Please consider my request and solve the problem. Please do as soon as possible...

It seems yepme is interested in customers only upto the completion of payment. After that one has to rely on their mercy to receive the ordered item. I placed two orders on 25th march and 26th march, order was suppose to be delivered by 31st march and 1st of april. It has been 10 days since i placed the prepaid order yepme has not shipped the item i tried several times to call them but thier customer service is always busy. The phone doesn't connect for 15 minutes waiting. Their website or app do not have complaint accepting section. You can not reach them. I am clueless about contacting them.
I think this is the worst online company...
