I have booked a for for 27th Nov 2015, Booking Id: BAHE495B237085 .
After Confirming the booking from Zorooms and reaching the hotel, I was told booking is not valid.
I prepaid for the booking.
Zo rooms didn't provide the service and also didn't give back the booking amount as well.
