Zo Rooms — Wrong bookings and not compensating the customers

Today as on 22-10-15 I booked a hotel through zo rooms and my booking got confirmed where as after reaching the hotel named as Krystal sand resort, I was told that there are no rooms available and it was a fault made by zo rooms and they made me be on roads for 3 hours and after that they provided me with a alternative hotel named as 9x boutique resort which was not at all equivalent to the hotel I previously booked and charged me the same price which they charged me for previous hotel. I was trying to request them and asking them to provide me with a equivalent hotel but they very ruthlessly denied my request and left me with no option and the same incident occurred with others as while I was struggling some people came to me and told, they are facing the same problem. I think zo rooms must be sued for such acts.
