Zo Rooms — They cancelled the hotel booking abruptly at the last moment and are not willing to return the money back.

We booked a hotel room from (26/12/15 to 01/01/16) in Goa at ZOROOMS site in the month of October. And then I suddenly receive a phone call from their side stating that the booking has been cancelled. I had all the travel arrangements done which includes to and fro flight tickets and all other bookings in GOA. Now if I go and try to book a room in Goa it would cost just double. They should have provided me an accommodation at the same cost which I paid before. Worst part, its been more than 20 days since the booking was cancelled and I have not yet receive the amount back. I call them everyday, I have made hundreds of calls, and talked to hundreds of their so called customer LOVE executives. They are not giving my money back. This company should be banned as soon as possible. They are just fooling customers. Government should put a check to these types of companies which fool common people.
