Non refunding of failed reservations in respect of non-availability of rooms.

On 22-Dec-2015, a booking was made for 26Dec2015-01Jan2016 at ZO Rooms Lal Baug Parel vide Booking ID:MUPA399B249469 through my Travel Agent. But I was later informed that the same is cancelled and 100% refund will be given by Sat. Now they say refund will be done till Wed. My money is gone....

We booked a hotel room from (26/12/15 to 01/01/16) in Goa at ZOROOMS site in the month of October. And then I suddenly receive a phone call from their side stating that the booking has been cancelled. I had all the travel arrangements done which includes to and fro flight tickets and all other bookings in GOA. Now if I go and try to book a room in Goa it would cost just double. They should have provided me an accommodation at the same...

Not received Invoice

I am nilesh Bhor. My mobile no is [protected]. I use Zo room service from 2 nov 2015 to 6 nov 2015 in vstrapur ahamadabad at hotel shailly inn and follow up for my invoice last 25 days but still i have not received my invoice. I called customer care 8 times but they say you will get invoice in next 24 hours but i have not got any invoice till date....

Refund for Non-Confirmed Booking

I have booked a for for 27th Nov 2015, Booking Id: BAHE495B237085 . After Confirming the booking from Zorooms and reaching the hotel, I was told booking is not valid. I prepaid for the booking. Zo rooms didn't provide the service and also didn't give back the booking amount as well. Please help us get my money from Fraudster Zo rooms...

Wrong bookings and not compensating the customers

Today as on 22-10-15 I booked a hotel through zo rooms and my booking got confirmed where as after reaching the hotel named as Krystal sand resort, I was told that there are no rooms available and it was a fault made by zo rooms and they made me be on roads for 3 hours and after that they provided me with a alternative hotel named as 9x boutique resort which was not at all equivalent to the hotel I previously booked and charged me the same...

Hotel booking site cheated me with unethical behaviour

I had made a hotel booking using the site zorooms.com at Hotel Alor Grande on August 11, 2015. I even received a confirmation saying that the hotel room was confirmed, and that I had to make the payment at the hotel. I have attached the pictures of the mail confirmation as image. And today, without notice, they have cancelled my booking, without any prior intimation. And they have cancelled in the backend, without telling me, but argue...

Stay denied

I booked Zo Room Airport Mahipalpur for my Friend Rajat Sharma from 03-Sep To 04-Sep using goibibo website.He reached at hotel at 09:00 PM.The hotel receptionist said that rooms are full, so he can't live there even when he had booking on his name.After that he talked to Zo Rooms Customer Care.Then they shifted him to a Third class hotel, where everyone was drunk and the room was smelly and not even 1 star.Then again he called to Zo Rooms...
