[Resolved]  100Bestbuy.com — Fraud, cheat, crappy cc

Order number # 30639632 i bought slippers from them and that is not as Per standard size... Also i got my order send by yebhi.com not sure how And why they did that... Also i found that my mobile number was sold to Ome chennai marketing company who started calling me for taking Airtel postpaid connection... Though i am registered with dnd... And the Marketing company said that they got my number from a company and this Happened within hours i registered my self at crappy 100bestbuy.com i Called there cc but.. They have terrible cc who don't understand Anything and without hearing the caller disconnect the call and also There site has conflicting info... — there one page says: — 1. For replacement / Refund customer need to send us the product back within 15 days after Delivery of the product else warranty will be void and customer will not Be entitled for any replacement or refund as delay would consider as Usage of product by customer. 2.in case you are not happy with the Quality of the product or the product doesn't fit you properly, you can Imply return the product to us. We will replace the product or refund Entire amount. 3. Please note that the product should be unused and Hould be sent back along with original box and invoice to: 100bestbuy.com c/o suksh technology pvt ltd, salarpuria hallmark, 15/[protected]@16, 4th floor, kadubeesanahalli, outer ring road, bangalore - 560087, india. — and the other one says: — contact us: suksh Technology private limited salarpuria hallmark, 15/[protected]@16, 4th floor, Kadubeesanahalli, outer ring road, bangalore - 560087, india. Contact No:[protected] note: the above mentioned address is our official Contact address and we will not accept any couriers and returns in that Address. To send the return products, kindly refer our return-policy can Anyone explain what one should do in this case apart from filing a case In consumer court...???

Not sure if 100nestbuy guys can read and understand English. My complaint was about product quality and return refund but the reply above says that its couriered...

As per your CC guy I have couriered your product back to add from where it was dispatched to me and I see that this is already delivered to you guys on 12th itelf so request you to refund the amount and the courier charges without further delay...
