Hi, Hope this note finds you all well. I ordered for a pair of Addidas shoes and paid the amount through online payment on Nov 4th. I have not yet received the product or the shipping number. I have been calling your customer care number numerous times buy the only response I get is the product will be shipped the next day. I have even posted a feedback through your web page but I have not still got any response. Now 4 days have passed and I am no getting worried that I have been cheated. Please refund the amount that was deducted from my ICICI a/c and do let me know if you require any other information.
