108 Ambulance — Not pick up my calls

Sir last day my relative suddenly fell I'll we call 108 many and many times as possible but nobody pick my calls so in a covid19 pendemic it's very difficult to hire a taxi kindly take strict action against them or I will file fir report in my nearest police station very soon
