108 Ambulance — Rough behavior of driver | |||
My mom is a cancer patient and due to sudden emergency i called to 108 at 10 pm but the ambulance came after half an hour and the driver started rough behavior with us. He was not helping at all and started saying like give complain wherever you want. Vehicle no - as 01-fc-7532 My home town is in silchar, assam. We wanted an ambulance at 2.30 in the morning today as my Aunty was serious when we called the helpline we were put on hold for 15-20 mins the the person told I can't get through any ambulance at Pimpri Chinchwad Pune. The Irony is we need the Ambulance near the main corporation building.

Even in emergecy conditions they are not attending saying reasons restricted to govt hospitals only. For patients where they are taking treatment in arogyasree like basavatarakam hospital also not attending.
This is not fair try to help poor people.

My sister was suffering from pain. I called on ([protected]) for emergency ambulance driver name Salman from Safdarjung hospital.
He called me on me number and said that 'I will not come because I m on off duty. So if I call on emergency ambulance and this kind of revert I get on this critical situation. So what I accept from your side.
I want strict action on that driver who neglect the situation what I have.
