10Digi — Don't trust this. It took 4 days to recharge my phone after porting

This is a cheating platform. I have paid 315/- to port my Sim from Vodafone to Airtel. It is mentioned 2 hrs but took 50hrs for the representative to come and deliver it. And once it got ported on Saturday it is not recharged with the promised amount and he is not responding. I don't have balance to call anyone or [protected] der customer care.
