I ordered a sim-card and delivery boy call me after 3 days that sir your order has been cancelled by previous delivery boy. you can reschedule your order again and i will get your Sim immediately..

The point is here Delevery boys are more powerfull that company role Hirierchy.

Another Point is Uneducated Customer Care Staff .. They dont no How to talk to customer Care..

Its a Request to the 10 digi CEO Danyal Ozair. To look into this uneducated people or else in upcoming days i will see you at temple stairs and bowl in hands ..

I've ordered a Sim online from 10 digi and it was never delivered. I asked for a refund and it is been over 3 weeks and I've not received it yet....

I am trying to explain that Mr. Akash is appoint for delivery of the Sim the msg that i have to received by 10 digi and now when i had to connect with the customer care executive (Mr. Salim), He is not able to replying my queries and connect with me a very rude behaviour or disconnect me call and say sorry or bye without give me the solution of my query...

I ordered a jio sim and the person came to my house and asked for my details (aadhar number, photo and thumbprint). But then he started saying that the server is down and he does not have a good internet connection. Then he said he will go downstairs to check connection and disappeared for legit 10 minutes. After that, he said that the transaction was unsuccessful and that he will try again with a new number, which was a bit suspicious. br...

This is a cheating platform. I have paid 315/- to port my Sim from Vodafone to Airtel. It is mentioned 2 hrs but took 50hrs for the representative to come and deliver it. And once it got ported on Saturday it is not recharged with the promised amount and he is not responding. I don't have balance to call anyone or [protected] der customer care. I ordered portal sim and paid for the same. Received a message that the sim wiil be delivered between 12pm and 2pm but nothing has happened no calls no response from the customer team . Seems to be fake company. Authorities should take action against this fraudestes.

I have paid a complete payment to 10 digi my simcard is activated still no recharge has been done mo no: [protected] operator BSNL

It is a fraud company need to be closed as soon as possible. these mother**kers took my money and didn't give me sim card and not refund money. somebody should file complaint against them mother***************kers.

They alloted me time for sim delivery, but no one came and they didn’t even informed.I kept calling them 10 times but they either didn’t connect or asked me to wait.I didn’t stepped out my home even though I had to. Complete unprofessional.

I have done porting my jio number to vodafone idea and I paid for sim along with one month package of 1gb per day, sim delivered and activated after many follow ups but there is no data package applied its zero balance cant do outgoing call till I recharge again.

Ordered and payed full amount for the new airtel SIM, its been 3 days of ordering but yet to receive the product. If i call customer care they are it will be delivered by 13june whereas its 16 june now.

It is fake company cheats the customer . Only . They provide door service . Like they send very innocent people for sim delivery. If you want to port take new sim . They will take money with you first . And they tell we will recharge after your sim active . You what to call . But after sim active . If you call them . No ans from them and tele call center is full waste that all set to auto mechanic . They will not receive your call only if you call for thousands times also.

If you what get port mean in this locked down pls wait and go to there showroom like for eg airtel showroom like that any thing if you what new sim, fancy number or port anything please go to authorise showroom . Only pls don't get cheated like me .

10digi executive Ansar pasha cheated on us by promising that he would port the number...today it's 25th day... yet he hasn't come back everyday new excuses ...cheapest service

I recieved my sim but i was said my photo is mismatch to my kyc provided
I provided my bank details for refund but sending many emails 10digi not responding nor refunding my mone back.
All telcom companies should ban 10digi for providing there sim and stop this scam

I had purchased a bsnl fancy number ([protected]) from 10digi in the early part of june 2020.

However, till date, i. E. Even after two months, there is no signal or activation of the sim card.

Even after repeated mail queries, no answer from there end. Also, calls ends up in deaf ears, telling me, that they will revert within 2 hrs, and nothing thereafter.

Pretty fraud and deceiving company.br...

Dear sir,
I want to say that i have ported my number on[protected] from vodafone to airtel, but still number is not activated. They told me that your number will be activated after 7 days, then why my number is not activated. Please resolve this issue, i will be very thankful to you.
