I ordered a jio sim and the person came to my house and asked for my details (aadhar number, photo and thumbprint). But then he started saying that the server is down and he does not have a good internet connection. Then he said he will go downstairs to check connection and disappeared for legit 10 minutes. After that, he said that the transaction was unsuccessful and that he will try again with a new number, which was a bit suspicious.
