10Digi — Regading the customer care agent with lack of information

I am trying to explain that Mr. Akash is appoint for delivery of the Sim the msg that i have to received by 10 digi and now when i had to connect with the customer care executive (Mr. Salim), He is not able to replying my queries and connect with me a very rude behaviour or disconnect me call and say sorry or bye without give me the solution of my query

Very helpful.. this 10 digit portal is to worst and customer care people are uneducated they don't no how to talk the customer
