I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my blood test home collection booking with Order ID [protected]-741, scheduled for today January 18, 2026 between 7:00 AM and 7:20 AM.
The assigned phlebotomist, Nandan, did not turn up at my location at all. However, to my shock, I received an email stating that my samples were successfully collected at 7:37 AM and sent to the lab, which is completely false. No one visited my home and no sample was collected.
This is an extremely alarming issue. Blood test reports are critical medical records, and generating or processing results without actual sample collection raises serious concerns about ethics, accuracy, and patient safety. Incidents like this make it very difficult to trust Tata 1mg’s services.
I request the following immediately:
1. A clear explanation of how a sample was marked as collected without any visit.
2. Immediate cancellation of this test and assurance that no report is generated using false data.
3. A refund for this booking.
4. Details of the corrective action being taken against such malpractice to ensure this does not happen again.
