1mg — Increasing price after shipment

I have bought medicines for 4500, while shipping they are saying price has increased to 5000. I have to pay extra. Although i have searched for the same product online after 5 hours in app, still it is showing 4500.

Why should i pay extra, if you guys are not maintaining the price accurately on your app.
