1mg — Wrong reports provided

Dear sir,

I approached to thyrocare laboratory through www.1mg.com for thyro analysis of myself . First of all the reports which I got is of some other person. They have provided wrong reports. Upon that whenever I call they were telling you will get the correct reports within 1 hr, 2 hrs, half an hour, keeping us on waiting. We need that reports immediately since we are out of city for doctor consultation. But till now no action has been taken and they are very irresponsible and not responding properly. How can they be so negligence regarding medical things.
Atleast, they should provide correct reports when we have notified them but till now no response.

Friends please try to avoid services of both firms if you are conscious with taking of your health. Don't go through the offers and promotions.
