24Onlinebazar.com — cheated!!! fake online website... shipment not delivered and no email or call response

I ordered the product from 24onlinebazar.com also pay by online but the confirmation of product is not received and also money is deducted from account . And when I want to track the product it shows no order I'd available.

Tracking details work when shipment move by the courier company.
As per our website, You had placed an order on 12th January 2019.
We ship the item on the same day through FedEx courier and tracking no was[protected].
As per fedex, we can see you had received the order on 14th January.
So what type of service do you want? is it no good services?

i have purchased item by above mentioned site. I paid amount through paytm. But even after deduction of amount there is not confirmation email or tracking details about order. We are trying to reach them through their customer support email but no response. We are calling thousand time but no one picking phone. Even we whatsapp the detail to them and there is no reply after thousand follow ups.
Its really annoying and i feel like this company is simply cheating by taking money.
