I order some health care products of rs 338 they provided me order i'd #115 and after this i tracked my order but it shows there is no product associated with this i'd and after this i checked my transaction history but there was nothing too but at the time of order i paid the amount. And lastly i called at the provided no but no response. And this is not 1st time it's second time at this website....

Hi team,
I have placed an order on their website on 15-aug-2019 and made a payment rs - 657.00 using credit card.
Transaction was successful, money debited and i received a confirmation email from payumoney stating that payment was successful and i got the merchant order id.
But the website is not showing any order with that order id.
When i tried calling them on the number mentioned on their website, nobody is picking up.
Please help.

I have purchased item by above mentioned site. I paid amount through neft. But even after receiving amount there is not confirmation email or tracking details about order. We are trying to reach them through their customer support email but no response. We are calling thousand time but no one picking phone. Even we whatsapp the detail to them and there is no reply after thousand follow ups.
Its really annoying and i feel like this...
