24x7 Fresh — No response after getting paid | |||||
I have placed an order for daily supply of Amul milk 1.5 ltrs of toned anf 0.5 ltrs full cream vide order no.[protected] dated 18 April 2016 and paid an amount of Rs2187.00 by credit card for one month supply of milk to be delivered at home. on opening the status of the order it shows under processing. I have tried calling their contact no.[protected]. The voice says thanks for calling 24x7 fresh, the call will be recorded for training & quality purpose, Please wait while we connect your call, then comes music and then again please wait and the voice is cut off and the message comes thank you for calling 24x7 fresh and the call is cut off. this happens every time you call the number, I have done it at least 8 to 10 times. There is no way to contact 24x7. I do not know how to connect to them. The milk supply has also not started. There site gives contact numbers which when dialled you receive a voice message asking you to check the number you have dialed.
