I had placed an order for 2kg amul milk on 2nd may in delhi. I never got an invoice for the order nor any confirmation with order id. Every time i call to follow up they either give me a new date for delivery, or don't answer the call. At any working hour in the day - the msg we get is our office is closed. Have written to them so many times for cancellation but no revert. Now i read a lot of customers have faced that issue. Pls get this resolved. We are taking steps in order to get all the details about this delay in delivery. Because of these measures we will be able to find the root cause and then we will find a solution to it to make sure that no further delays will be made.

I also have paid them for Milk (On 9th May i have done payment - but no subscription yet) - now they are saying office is closed now - can you please help me on this?
Or do i have to go to the police ?
