I had raised a request to subscribe mil regularly at my door step which never started .It was suppose to start on 2nd april 2016 but i received a mail that it would stat by 3/4/5 april, 2016 and would be communicated by one of the designated person from 24*7 in-charged for this which never happened till date .I sent a mail which was never responded back by your csr and i am not sure where is it going . Please find the mail attached below . : Dear all Thank you for showing interest in 24x7fresh. We have successfully processed your order for the delivery of at your door steps. We shall start delivering the milk (Quantity as requested) at your door steps from 3th/4th/5th april 2016 depending on the system feasibility. We assure you that once our services begins it will continue uninterrupted. Fyi - before starting our services, your operation manager mr kumar with local area supervisor and delivery boys will connect with you for confirmation of delivery start date.
