Hi,
I made an order on 24x7 fresh for milk delivery this year on 30 march 2016 (Order #[protected] for rs. 1080) but didn't got any positive response yet. When i contacted them they said we will start the delivery soon but i didn't got anything till now. Later on they said that they will refund money and given refund reference no. 0161a218, but still no money received.
Infect there contact number is also not reachable now. I don't know how to contact them now, i even mailed them but didnt got any response.
Now i just want my money back nothing else.
Kindly help i'll be very thankful to you.

No delivery has been made in spite of payment of Rs. 2704/- in full on 27th April and giving multiple calls/ sending emails and complaining on this portal. Message confirmation from them -. How can i get a refund from them as web site is also not accessible - Amit Bhargava

This complaint is regarding invoice #[protected]; order #[protected]; order date: august 22, 2016 for which my father paid 24*7 fresh team an amount of rs.1560/- for the supply of cowboys milk starting immediately. He received the delivery of milk for 2 days out of first 3 days. 1st day the milk was bad tasting, salty and yellow in colour. 2nd day no delivery was made and the 3rd day it got spoilt on boiling. At this time my father, who is a senior citizen and trusted these guys with his hard earned money, called the delivery guy and requested cancellation.

Since then, between my father and i, we have made multiple calls, wrote various mails not only to harsh who is the coo, and chirag who is part of the c-suite for cowboys but also to randhir who owns fresh 24*7. We have got multiple promises from each of these stakeholders for refund of entire money (Rs.1560) on mails and calls but nothing has happened so far.

It seems like an endless chase with no resolution coming to forte as of date.

I request for an enquiry in the dealings of 24*7 fresh as they are duping customers of their hard earned money and a refund of rs.1560 to my father which is rightfully his at the earliest to put a stop to the angst of a senior citizen!!

With reference to order no.[protected] dated 12.05.2016, wish to inform that the delivery of milk was supposed to be started from 18/19/20 of may as per message received from 24x7fresh end. However no item delivered till date.

Till now i have not received any call from their local representative nor from their end regarding delivery schedule.

After writing a number of times, i received a mail on 02.06.2016 stating "we could make the delivery for the order on or before 20th june 2016 or refund will take 90 days".

Their customer care number is now invalid and they are also not responding to e-mails.

Sir i had subscribed to milk service oth this company and its almost an year passed, they havent provided the service nor refunded the amount.
Their customer care number is also not working and not even the website.

this company appears to be fraud

We placed order long back in 2015 for Milk subscription from the site 24x7fresh... but neither did we get any call from anyone, nor is anyone talking about refunding the money. Order id for the same is[protected]. Please help us in getting the refund along with the interest now. We've dropped several mails, but of no use.

I order milk subscription online at 24x7 fresh in april this year. It mentioned pune city and accepted subscription but deliveries were not made. After enquiring with them when they were picking the customer care no mentioned on there site, they asked for additional time of a month to start the deliveries.
Even then it did not start so i asked for refund. After 2-3 follow ups they took above referenced cancellation and said it will be paid back in max 90 days.

Finally now i am hearing that the company is almost on the verge of closure. Need to request my refund.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against 24x7fresh.in who are doing daylight robbery. They are running an online site where they claim to sell Fresh Fruits/ Vegetables/Dairy products and Meat.

On 24th of March I had booked an order to deliver milk for a month and paid Rs.1539/- through Paytm however I have not received any order confirmation through any mode.

I had written a mail on which I got a reply saying Milk delivery will start from April 2nd however till date I haven't received any supply nor I have received any refund.

I had checked on their facebook page lot of other customer had similar issues. They don't respond to mails and no one picks their Phone. Also They have restricted view of comments on their Facebook page.

This is complete fraudulent company and cheating people online.

I have Ordered for milk subscription (Amount Rupee's 938/- ) on 30th Jan 2016 and still I haven't received either milk or refund of my money. I called them so many time but no satsifactory reply from their side.They are saying that money will be refunded in 90 days. They are cheaters. My refund request number is 0161A112. Order[protected], placed in Jan 2016. No service and No refund after several followups

I subscribed for milk door delivery about 6 months back for Rs 1026. It was never delivered. The money of Rs 1026 was paid via credit card. When the milk was not delivered as promised, I contacted customer care after many days of trying. They expressed inability to deliver. I asked for refund, to which they agreed, and gave me cancellation ref no 0131 for Rs 1026. Now for last 4 months I am waiting but refund has not come, nor is any respose.
