Hi,

This is very disappointing that www.24X7fresh.in is a fraud company and offer such a third class service. I have paid the amount of Rs.1296 on 12th May 2016 for monthly milk subscription thru online order no.[protected]. However, my milk subscription service is not started yet. I have email to company several times but all efforts are in vain.

I request you to take further action against this fraud company.

Delivery not started yet... However i get mail with a new date to start delivery.
I tried to contact customer care... They never pick.
Area superviser whose number was there is an email also not picking the phone. There is no option of cancellation or refund on website. I am feeling cheated.

I have ordered a subscription of one month milk on 24x7 fresh.in. On contacting the office number mentioned on there website no body picks the phone and a pre recorded message tells the office is closed.

As i got only 10 days delivery (in breaking) :
09 days with two packets of milk and 01 day as single packet milk. (in total 19packet)
(i.e 1 packet milk refers for the 515 ml of nandini milk as it described on your website.)

My subscription detail as follow:

And they were not able to deliver the same in hyderabad.
And till date they have not refund the amount of 2, 341/- (two thousand three hunderd and fouty one).

I request please to refund my amount at the earliest.

I, deepak kumar, made an online order for one month subscription of double toned milk on May 6, 2016 with order id[protected] with the website 24x7fresh.in
when the order was not fulfilled, i wrote to [protected]@24x7fresh.in on june 21, 2016 and they reverted, regretting to fulfill the order.
then on July 12, 2016, i wrote to the company for refund.
later on Aug. 5, 2016, i write a 2nd reminder for the refund.
But nobody ever reverted back to me since then.
All correspondence was done via email id [protected]@gmail.com

Kindly, get my amount(Rs. 700) refunded along with a penalty of Rs.5000 to be imposed on the company for the harassment.

We apologies for the inconvenience in the services you have experienced during your subscription period due to lack of communication.

We are withdrawing all subscriptions from 30th June 2016 till we update our Technology, logistics and manpower. Those who have subscribed in the month of March to May and have not got services for a single day from us can claim immediate charge back from the concerned bank. We will ensure that the approval is given for refunds asap. Incase if still do not receive refund with-in 15 days of claim, you may please contact us. We will ensure your Service are started as early as possible. However, we will not be taking any new subscriptions after 30th June till our Technology; Logistics and manpower are scaled to face large customer requirements.

We have had some bad experiences with Payu and Paytm payment gateway as they have not shared any information of refunds or transaction IDs from last 158 and 32 days respectively. Instead with the complaints of just .01% of our customers they had blocked our Gateway without any Notice.

The Cyber Crime Cell had frozen our company bank account and thus our hands were tied but we want to ensure complete / seamless service without any excuses. We had been providing services since last 11 months and promise to serve you for sure.

We are issuing coupons for the remainder amount. I have paid Rs.1026/- on 21.04.2016 vide Order No.[protected] for milk subscription. As per mail received, the delivery start date was 1st May. But till date, delivery has not been started. As almost six months have already gone that the payment has been made by me to this fraud company. This company is not giving me the hard earned money which had been given in advance. Approximately, 9 to 10 complaints through email (at [protected]@24x7fresh.in) have been posted by me. but there was nobody to reply to these mails. I have made number of calls at 33609090. In May and June, whosoever call picked up said "15 din me pakka delivery start ho jayegi" and then this number have an engaged sound till date.

I registered for Daily milk supply with 24x7 in January 2016 for months together there was no supply. The Yashwantpur - Bengaluru contacts said they were resigning. The main Delhi contact number, tough to connect, whenever connected said this would be resolved. But now after 10 months and multiple phone calls a e-mails I have not received my money or milk.
This serious, 24x7 Fresh is duping people and immediate action should be taken against the fraud they are playing.
I want my money to be refunded and compensation for the hardship I went through waiting for the milk supply and repeated follow ups.

I have made the transaction on 29th April with order no #[protected] to provide me services of 12 litre of milk to be delivered for 30 days for order value of Rs.8, 820/-. It was told to me that services will be started in 2-3 working days and later promised that it will be provided after 2 weeks which is from 16-18th of May. These promises kept on extending as we pass by the time. However, without success no services has been provided for this order value. Now, it looks like the company has stopped all its operations and i am failing to reach anyone. This payment was done from PayTM payment gateway and PayTM should have validated the authenticity & genuineness of the company before rendering services. However, PayTM team has provided below details of the company.

Ordered first time with this site surprising got nothing just wasting my time in just follow up around 100 mail i sent and got nothing.

What a billiant telephone... No body pick up... Just for fraud purpose and what a government lots of complaint againt them still not resolved but they doing their business pretty well... Jago grahak jago koi benefit nahi hai iska bhi... Please everyone pull up your socks and detain them to molest any consumer.

In mail lots of promises i only received sir you will get milk next day other day and surprising got nothing. What a website... Block that domain and all... Saale c bnate hai... Paise bhi advance do follow up bhi karo or karela khao... Bkl... Paise wapis karo woh bhi asap.

Humble requesting you. Kindly refund my amount asap. 90 days of graceperiod got expired.

My order id is #[protected] i have paid amount of rs. 525... I am keep on calling to cc no. They are not at responding my calls and mails... 1st they said milk chori ho raha hai is liye milk delivery stop kiya hai... They told for refund it will take 90 days of timing now its already 120 days over till now i didnt received any money... Please any take serious action on them i think they have biggg gang.. After reading all customer complaints i come to know they simply doing cheat to all customers... Please don't belive.

HI,

I have subscribed for milk with order number #[protected] on Jan 30th 2016 and they have never delivered the milk. I have reached out to them so many times through mail. face book chat and phone for refund of the amount but they never refunded money till now after 8 months over. Could you please register complaint and resolve this issue.
