I had booked a subscription of 500gms amul milk for a month on 26 April 2016. and full payment (Rs.648/-) is also done same time by my Axis Bank credit card, but no milk delivered and no reversal of payment done to me till date.
I have already intimate to your custmer care by phone and also by Email.

Kindly refund my full payment at the earliest
