[Resolved] 24X7Fresh.in — Non supply of prepaid milk subscription for 1 month. Paid rs. 4104/- | |||||
I placed my order on 25th april and (Order[protected] for milk subscription. I had paid rs 4104/- the monthly charges in advance through paytm. I was promised the milk suppl01/02/03.05.2016 then changed date to 16/05/2016. No milk was delivered. I have been calling yesterday and again today, but no response from their customer support[protected]. They do not log any complaint, nor do they give any complaint number, neither do they escalate the call to their supervisor / manager upon customer insistence. I have also done complaint against 24x7 @ paytm but no response is from there also even after 2 weeks of complaint. Looks like they are a complete fraud company... As per 24x7 feedback my query would be resolve within 72 Hours but no answer or solution till now provided even after 72 Hours passed
Looks like a big fraud. Feeling to complaint against them in Cyber Cell Crime, Delhi Police.
