25 Chutti — 25 chutti holiday

I am a member of 25 chutti since jan 2016 wherein i was committed for 25 holidays in 5 years...

Due to poor services and products (Hotels offered) i couldn't avail any holiday since last three year.. I was committed that there will be 3 star and better property will be offered and agreement has few hotels listed.

Now customer care is offering hotels ghat are not even star category. These hotels are available at ₹800 to? 1200 range in the market..

It's been 20 days i have been chasing for better hotel options but all the time i was just offered non star category hotels..

Earlier as well when i wish to plan my holiday. No option were offered to me..

I have all these communication with me in email as well as call recordings

Also there was a false commitment and sale done with me..

I was told 2 things..
1. There is no peak season. And i can plan my holiday any time..
2. I can carry forward my holidays if not avail in a year..

Since this was the commitment, i had signed the agreement without properly looking at all the terms. And later i found both the commitment were absolutely false.

Then i visited the vashi sales office to catch hold the person. However i got to know that manager had left the organisation. So existing manager gave me a commitment and assured that he will ensure that above points will be taken care, pls plan your holidays and inform me..

Now. I need a solution to the problem i have
