On the basis of phone call, I booked the product on 6th Jan. Online payment method shows, they are registered with Govt Licence. Today till 28th, I did not receive the product. Customer Care Phone number says "Does Not Exists". Requesting the concerned Delhi Police and Govt Authorities to take legal action on the company. M[protected]

I am vanita from visakhapatnam. On 27th dec 2014 i got a call from 2dayshoppings.com(Isha Sharma) saying that they got our mobile no. From the online website and our no. Is selected as a lucky winner and all . It was a call for promoting their site and they convinced us to purchase a combo costing 6999. And also we would get a lucky price from these 4 options-1. samsung galaxy core 2. Laptop 3. Holiday package from mahindra 4. Samsung Led. They convinced us to buy a combo forcefully saying tht we would get above prizes for free. When we said tht we will call u back later after deciding she said tht no i[censored] cut the call your lucky prize will be disconnected. She said she will be in the line. We also repeated again and again asking if you are cheating us or it is a fraud she confirmed that we are promoting our website bla bla bla . We took almost 1 hour to think about this and then we decided to take a combo worth rs6999.. by our debit card. And the lucky prize was a holiday trip which we never preferred we also said we dont want this holiday trip and when we told to swap mobile phone they denied . Then we lost our temper and told them to cancel our product. They didnt even send us the mail of confirmation orderid etc but we transaction id i.e td012306. And it is going to be one month we didnt even get a call or a message of our delivery. Please take serios action regarding this. Whenever we called on this no.[protected] they said we will get our product tomorrow and this goes on. And now its switched off. Please i kindly request to refund it we will never prefer this again if not please send us our product. Please take a step on it.. !! for contact to us dial [protected]. hi, myself gopal jee from bengaluru. i ordered for one combo offer of rs 7999/-(order number tds 11135) and sony led 32" wb700 tv with a diwali offer of rs 28000/-(order no.-tds11235). total i paid 34999/-. i given this order on 4th oct 2014. i got another combo offer but untill now i dont get LED TV. just one week before i paid insurance charge of rs 2500/- for led tv. now customer care is not picking my call why ???. rahul mishra told me to pay insurance charge & i paid but now what is the problem why u r not dispatching my product ...

Sir, It is for your kind information that, a call was made on 01 Nov.2014 from2daysshopping.com and they convinced me that there is a great offer for me on buying an item of Rs.2000/-. There were 4 gifts out of which one gift is sure for me. The gifts are 1. 32" LED TV, 2. Holiday Voucher, 3. Laptop like DELL or equivalent, 4. Tablet. For getting this offer, I have purchased Bombay Dying Bed sheet for Rs.1999/- on same day through my Debit card.which I have received the good by 16.12.14.After buying this I was offered holiday gift voucher which can be swapped to get another gift. So I swapped the offer to get 32 "LED TV. The Panasonic LED TV was offered to me and also I asked that I can change the brand.So I have changed brand of TV to SONY. So I was offered SONY KLV32R482D. I booked an order of COMBO PACK Of Rs12999/- on 29th OCT 2014 through ONLINE SHOPPING to purchase Motorola MOTOG Mobile through a WEB sight "WWW.2DAYSSHOPPINGS.COM" and paid the money through credit card.But they have sent me PRINTER/IPOD/REEBOCK WATCH ON 8TH NOV 2014 instead of Motorola MOTOG Mobile which is of no use to me.So called them over phone and explained about the product received by me instead of Mobile phone.They accepted the same and promised me that they are going replace the original product which i have ordered(Motorola MOTOG Mobile).But till date i did not received any consignment from the 2DAYSSHOPPINGS.COM and even they are not lifting the call.Hence do the needfull or else i am going lodge a complaint against the company.Reply soon on priority From, Mohammed Mohsin Mahmood

I bought 2 products on www.2dayshoppings.com on 29/10/2014 1. Cookwere set costs Rs.2599/- 2. 32 inch LED TV Costs Rs.34990/- 1 out of 2 is Cookewere set was dispatched which is costs Rs.699 only. We are regularly calling to them regarding this issue. But they are not providing any information. They just said that "Sorry for that, You will get another product on behalf of delivered." But not dispatched or return back the earlier product till now. 2nd product LED TV is not yet dispatched till now. it was booked on 29/10/2014. 1month over. I make to call them on Tuesday dated 25/11/2014. Said that the 2 products will dispatch on Wednesday 26/11/2014 at 6 o'clock an will contact you with all details. But i didn't get any call from them because they didn't dispatched. This situation was repeated thrice. Even though if i make call from my registered number, they are not attending the call. But whenever i called with another number, they are answering and said that "as we are busy, we didn't attend the call". I think they are doing a fraud business.
