I had ordered for a bed it was delivered on 7th february 2019 when the carpenter came he said that the part is missing i was told that the case will be resolved in 48 hours. I did not get any call back when i called the customer service they say 5 more working days.
If i want my refund another 30 days
It is cheating i have paid for a product and it has not been delivered in a way that i can use it.
A company like home store doing this is not acceptable
Please ensure i get the bed parts delivered and it is good to be used and company should compensate me for the 7 days delay i had paid for the product on 26th january and not using it for 15 days the company should look into this
