I ordered a 5 in 1 air sofa bed.

Amount paid: Rs.4, 500/-

There was no shipping address on the courier. No one pick up calls. It’s a online scam.

I received different product with different colour and no cancellations no refund given. They are not even taking the product and giving right product.

4500 is a significant amount...

I had ordered for a bed it was delivered on 7th february 2019 when the carpenter came he said that the part is missing i was told that the case will be resolved in 48 hours. I did not get any call back when i called the customer service they say 5 more working days.

If i want my refund another 30 days

It is cheating i have paid for a product and it has not been delivered in a way that i can use it.

I ordered veet women trimmer. I sent sweet named comp trimmer. And it is worst. After getting the product i continuously called for 2 days but they never answer after listening my query for the first time. I am really frustrated now. Such a fraud they are. Their claims are wrong. They just want money. After getting money from customer they start ignoring them.
Kindly help me out....

I was purchased a hair curler from this site. But it is so surprised for me that the product was very poor quality. I am calling again and again to return this worst product. But they are not taking any action to return my money. Finally i am so much panic because of the irrelevent behaviour of customer executive and your fake policies. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible...

After purchase of steam bath from i have ordered for digital weighing scale worth 749 out of this 500 of gift voucher is to be deemed i was told to pay 249 but still after ten days i am waiting for the said item. I have made calls for many times but no solution evolved for last four days my calls are being ignore by the company represetatives on phone duty. This is very bitter experiance for me....

I had purchased a 5 in 1 electric hair * veet * company trimmer, but this company (Home store 365) has send me the local * maxel * 5 in 1 electric hair trimmer.
I want to return this cheap product and want my money back...
It's totally wrong thing that what this company doing...
And no customer care no. Is picking up the call.

The main handling stick contains glue residues inside it and one of the trimmer is not sharp at all.
I would like to return the product and receive a refund.
The box it was received in also looks old or second hand.
There no way to get in touch with the store as they have no information regarding where to complain and what is the customer care number....

Have bought from homestore 365 a sweat slim belt for rs 1000. A poor quality substandard product was delivered which got damaged on first use. Upon complaint the same was replaced but unfortunately again the same quality product was delivered which also got damaged on first use. Tried calling customer care, initially kept promising that they will replace (Have text msgs and phone call records) but now they do not receive call from my number....
