365 Homestore — complaining about babyliss hair curler

I was purchased a hair curler from this site. But it is so surprised for me that the product was very poor quality. I am calling again and again to return this worst product. But they are not taking any action to return my money. Finally i am so much panic because of the irrelevent behaviour of customer executive and your fake policies. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible
