I ordered a 5 in 1 air sofa bed.
Order placed: 1May2021
Order received: 5May2021
Amount paid: Rs.4, 500/-

There was no shipping address on the courier. No one pick up calls. It’s a online scam.

I received different product with different colour and no cancellations no refund given. They are not even taking the product and giving right product.

4500 is a significant amount for any household. They are scamming sitting at their homes.

Please help me resolve the issue. I have pictures and screenshots for the same day order was received and payment made
