I have given order for Samsung Galaxy On5(Gold, 8 GB) on jan 14 from 99onlinesale.com and then got confirmation email from 99onlinesale.com .after 6 days of order i started tracking on my order through the contact number [protected], but there are not lifting the call, if lifting the call also not talking any thing.i sent mail to them from website also but not responding Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir I have ordered one phone set from 99onlinesale.com on 13.01.16 but they have not delivered the product yet. After asking from their customer care they always give the next day . when I said them I will take legal action against you they replied do what ever you can.my order id with them is 5710 .plz look into the matter

I have ordered a SAMSUNG GALAXY On7 mobile through 99ONLINESALE website on[protected] with order # 7493 for Rs.6, 098/-. I was mailed that the product will be delivered in 5-7 working days from the date of order. But till now i have not received any mobile nor my amount has been not refunded. When i tried to contact the customer care through E-Mail and Telephone both are not responding and even the website is suspended. I am really confused that how to get back my refund or the ordered product. Please help and if possible take legal action against the vendor.
