My mts no. Is [protected] i was paying about 1400 rs but after some price hike currenlty i'm paying about 1500 rs for 40 gb data (20 gb day and 20 gb night) but the speed is so worst that youtube videos still run at 360 p and worst part is after the whole 40 gb or 20 gb morning data finished the speed slows down and is so slow that it makes the 2g data speed seems to be faster... have been cheated by mts employees he said he dongle is for free, you just have to pay monthly rental before you buy it and they will give me a power bank. They didn't even give me power bank plus they taken 1000rs for monthly rental. Just after a month i get a bill o[censored]nused mts dongle which i already applied for close my services as soon as possible i don't need it but still i got a bill of 1600, when the plan was of 1000 i already paid for that then why bill, and later they said that 1000 is for dongle... twice before you go for mts connection data. I have been with mts for last one year. Since i had speed issue i was in a position to disconnect with mts service so i requested mts to disconnect my number [protected] with the request number 7050542 on july 30th 2016. I had been using mts data card 6 years ago and i closed my account with full payment without any due.
They gave same datacard to some other guy without changing my information. That guy seemed to have not paid any amount. Now i am getting
Messages over and over again since 2015... data card taken from mts which was used for just 3months max. At the time of cancellation, the whole bill was settled. After one year they sent one bill saying there is a balance of payment so cleared that also. But still today also 8/8/2016 they r sending advocate notice and mail saying there is a balance to pay... I went to MTS store at Jamnagar but the service person was unable to detect the problem further I have sent the device through agent to Rajkot office but again it returned back with no correction. I therefore request you to kindly guide on this matter

I bought this mts data card and since the day i have started using it it is giving me pathetic speed, it gives . 15mbps download speed and . 45mbps the upload speed. i have been calling the customer care department several times but i guess it is the worst experience i have had with any customer service industry... I have complained to mts customer care about the speed issue even there are high speed data in my account on 24th july.

But seems they will resolve my issue on the 1st august. There are 8 days gaps during the solution process... I have purchased one WI FI data card of MTS on 16-Aug-16. From 1-Aug-16, the device stopped function and on calling Customer Care, I was told that the device is manufactured by LAVA and I need to contact with LAVA only, and MTS cannot provide any support. I was told the same thing on visit to MTS Service Centre in my locality... I was using MTS internet service for my personal use at home. As I was proceeding to my son's place abroad I have given a request to Customer care to terminate my service during the month of May 2016. As the billing cycle was going on made the complete payment for the month in June 2016. But the customer care representative was not ready to accept my request and repeatedly insisting to give the connection to any of family member or friends...
I talk to mts store representative and at maninagar - ahmedabad and khokhara - ahmedabad, they both replied me same answer we can not deactivate on between month and you have to call on '[protected]' care number.
Hence i schedule this my book and called your care representative laxmi (worli - mumbai), around 4 minutes and he ask me that i am also not authorize to deactivate the account and i will have someone to call back you today for deactivate confirmation...
I was using MTS Internet service [protected] from June 2014 to June 2015, I travelled oversees after June 2015, and took my MTS device with me,
I requested for deactivation, which didnt happened immdiately I paid for service which I was not suing from June 2015 to September 2015... I m using mts post paid no [protected]. Such is the level of worst services mts i cant tell you in one email. My bill of rs 672 was due on july 18 i made a payment of rs 700 in the morning of july 18 2016. I got the message from mts at 7:48 am that they have received my payment, now as per your company policy you de-activate the number if the payment is not received with seven days from due date... Mts sucks.
They are taking their salary for doing nothing.
They all need to be fired.
Worst service provider ever with fake promises.
I have been using your services from past 2 years.
Its really panic now.
No one even provide any single support.

I had a mts connection for my home, i was using it for few months. I was using a package of 1100 and they said may be more 200 rupees for tax n all purpose. 22/07/16 morning 6am i request to activate 5 gb day & night speed booster pack in customer care via phone contact. but they wrongly activated 5gb night pack. i contact customer care but they not properly respond. i'm a 5 years mts postpaid customer. if they not respond my complaint next month onwards i will close the connection...
