I shubham sharma is genrating this report to the mts on the basis of illegal bill generation ... on my no [protected]... i have given my first bill of rs 948 rs to mr sonpal with the request of diccontinuation of my net sevices futher after talking to your company billing incharge from meerut ... but instead of that ... my bill was still genrated on the mobile no... NOTE: mr.Sonpal bill collector agra was specificly mentioned to get my connection dissconected after my first bill clearation ... instead of my payment he failed to fullfill my needs ... NOTE2 i dont have device from the day of my bill payment, ... n now i m being harrased by your company calls ... NOTE 3 ... i specificly replied to each n every call from company n told my problem... but instead of that my problem was not sort out... NOTE 4 instead of solving issue company emplyees take matter into granted ...

i returned my devide to mts office near sec 16 but instead the compny employee does not deactivate my device ... instead i got to know that my device is still active n data is been used

    Dear sir / madam,
    I have been receiving unnecessary calls from the company compelling me to pay the bill. I understand that this is their duty to remind their customers about the due date of the payment. But who on earth receives 10-12 calls a day from a company. I've tried to approach the customer care services through emails and from that day i am receiving more calls. The company is at the same time sending me messages for the same. As my internet cycles ends on 3rd of every month so i usually pay every bill in the starting of every month. The calls from these people are very annoying as they call at any tine of the day an even in night. The company is forcing me to seek help from other public forums and institutes. This is a sort of harassment and i may even reach to the court for the same as i have already done this is in the past. So, plz look into the matter soon.

      I was using MTS Dongle under No.[protected] till end of March 16. Since I got retired I wish to discontinue the same and visited their Shop at Ambit mall, Ambattur industrial estate, Chennai on 5th and gave letter to discontinue the same and ready to pay the amount. Since I am closing they calculated the amount till 5th April and collected Rs.1190/- and gave receipt. They taken the letter from me to close the account. After two months I got message from mts through my mobile stating that I have not paid for last 2 months and I have to pay immediately otherwise legal action will be taken. I have sent mail to them stating that I have already given letter for closing hence there is no question of non payment of any due. They replied they have not received any letter and referred the matter to their legal dept., who in turn said they will be force to lodge complaint in Delhi court for non payment. I want to avoid their harassment paid Rs.1543 on 28th June 16 and sent mail immediately that I have paid the amount and wish to close immediately and not responsible for any further billing. But to my surprise after 15 days again I started getting mail stating that I have to pay a sum of Rs.545/- otherwise legal action will be taken. When I contacted them over phone no one was able to give proper reply and when I sent mail they mentioned that I have to sent mail only through my registered mail (that is company mail, which has been withdrawn by the company once I get retired) I explained them this but still they have not responded properly and now again I started getting calls from unknown persons stating they are lawyers and calling from Delhi and want me to pay or come to Delhi Court for case. This is very ridicules from the company and they are doing this intentionally, apart from this recently for the last one week one more sms is coming from them stating that I have to pay another 782/- immediately otherwise face legal action. This is too much and they want to run company by cheating customers. I want all the cases against me to be withdrawn immediately and proper action to be taken against this company and also I should get the refund of my earlier payment of Rs.1543/-.

          Please find the below the complain.

          I requested discontinuation for mts datacard service for [protected].
          Requested on 20th july 2016 but request is still not progressed.

          ø i have called customer care several times to register the mts datacard discontinuation request. Everytime, i am kept on hold for 5 mins and then disconnected / told that i will be called back / or senior personnel is busy.

          ø i have mailed appellate authority one month back but no response from them either.

            I bought a postpaid device of MTS in Jan, 2015. I did all the payments on time and correctly, but in April end or May starting of 2016 I lost my device and complained about the same to a local office of MTS. They told me to call the customer care and ask them to discontinue the connection. I did so.
            Later, they asked me to pay the bill for April which I did and I asked them to stop the connection and the operator told me that the same would be done within a week or so. but the next month I received a bill again of Rs. 1100+ and that my connection had been barred due to non-payment of the bill and I sent a mail this time to cancel the account as I did not use it any more as the device was not in my possession and I had already asked for the cancellation of connection.
            The reply from MTS customer care was that I had to pay that amount and then they will discontinue then i talked to an operator of customer care and he told me that he will see and resolve the case but nothing was done. As they already stated in the mail that they had barred my connection they should not have generated the bill for next month. But they did not do so and later sent me a bill of Rs. 2211 (for both months). I did not bother to reply now because I sensed their illegal motives. but later i started getting calls from different mobile numbers stating themselves to be from legal department or advocates. i told them the whole story as it was but they started abusing. these calls became a regular thing I was harassed by MTS for something that was illegal on their part.
            They are after me now and am in full spirit to fight them in Court if they so wish.
            Any other suggestions?

              I had a MTS conction no. [protected] against which a sum of Rs, 1323/- was outstanding. As per your message sent on my mobile no.[protected] during the month of may to make a payment of rs. 662/- to settle the account I contact Mr Alok Kumar on mobile no. [protected] & according to his instruction I made the payment of Rs. 662/-. . He assured me that after receiving the payment in a dummy account he will send me receipt & NO DUES CERTIFICATE.. But inspite of my repeated calls to him neither he send me the receipt nor send any certficate. I don, t know where he has credited the amount received from me. I made he the payment of Rs. 662/- on 19.06.2016 vide transaction ID No. [protected] & the amount was credited to MTS No. [protected] which does not belongs to me. You are requested t look into matter & issue me the payment cereipt & No Dues Certificate at the earliest.

                I was a customer of mts data card (No-[protected]). And i had to disconnect it because i had to move abroad with my family. The send me a cheque for the unused data under my name on june 23, 2016. My parents found the cheque on mail when they returned back to india and they are stuck with it. I can't go back to india and i have no accounts under my name. I just thought of sending the cheque back and can be reissued under my father's name. When i first activated the data card i had to submit identity cards where you can get the parent's details.. So it's actually possible to just change the name. And also the mobile phone number which i used for registration is my father's. So i called the customer care and but the lady who talked to me was not answering properly. She kept on telling me to send an email. Me, myself the actual account holder is giving the consent to do this. And finally i emailed (From registered email) them many times. They are always telling that they can't. This is not the way to satisfy customer issues. Now i can't get the money back which i had pay.2-3 months are already over. Once the cheque is expired the company's is stealing my money. I'm a student staying abroad. Kindly take action against this company.

                  Sir, name is nitin saraswat and i am an user of mts 3g plus data card (data card no. is [protected]). which is supposed to be a high speed internet provider data card as the company claims. things was a little ok at the starting but almost since a month the speed is very low. even net surfing is tough. i am having a plan of 30 gb @ rs.1149 (inclusive all the taxes). but practically my money is being looted as there is no stipulated speed. i can not use data at such low speed. so i complained at customer care several times but they provided no solution. rather they are making weired excuses. pls help me

                    MTS service men on 16th Aug replace my device & gave Cracked repaired device I refused Next day gave also repaired device I again refuse.He tells go Thaltej Office Branch. Warranty means that if the device found faulty it will be exchanged with NEW DEVICE not with repaired old device which you get from other customers sowhy Igot oldrepaired device?

                      Dear sir/ Madam

                      I have been constantly troubled and tortured by MTS brand with "Systema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL) for my subscription [protected] learning MDN no. [protected] where the party is constantly asking for a due amount Rs. 680 and time and again threatening for taking legal actions.

                      While I was in Kochi I bought this MTS device from this service provider and ever since I had faced multiple issues regarding connectivity to them. Many service requests were initiated for the same and still the service was pathetic.

                      I asked for a service disconnection which was processed but upon receiving an email by one of their agents I was resumed on the service giving me a promise of some incentives/ offers and good plan on rejoining(incentives and offers never happened, as it was a false promise). There after I was on a 340 Rs monthly rental and was sparingly using the device as it had multiple issues and I had already raised it many times.

                      Still there was no customer service or feedback call from them. Finally I gave up on them and stopped using the service and device from April 2016. Still I found some ridiculous charges, multiple calls and then email threats from them.

                      I have following questions :

                      1. When I didn't use the device and was raising complaints why didn't anyone called me for the same and why am I liable to pay Rs. 340 when the service was so pathetic and I was not able to use it

                      2. Even when I didn't pay/ use the device in April/May how come they charged another, Rs 340 for may/ June and asked me to pay that again

                      3. Why were they so prompt about recovery calls which were more often than not in Malyalam (while I speak English and have selected that as my language of communication) than giving me a call from customer service or some authority who can resolve it?

                      4. In month of June I got a call from someone who supposedly said he was zonal head for MTS and was in charge of the issue and was listening to my problem for first time and understanding (communicating in English) and explained. That gentlemen told me that he will waive the Rs. 680 and will also ask me to close the account. I was shifted to Delhi so I said that will take a while as I can't go to Kerala just to sort this.
                      Why was this not documented?

                      5. Afterwards I started to get a call from a lady who was supposed to be 'advocate' supposedly and was sounding more like a collection agent rather than a person of law. I asked her to give me a call back at a suitable time while I was busy and getting pestered by a lot of their nonsense follow-ups. This lady obviously didn't call back and next thing I get to see is that she is sending me messages to take me to court?

                      Please help me understand:

                      Why MTS service and network is so bad?

                      Why customer resolution can't be done on time?

                      Why proper communication was not done when someone senior took a decision on my case, ?

                      Why I was constantly pestered and tortured by these emails instead of a resolution?

                      How can I be compensated for this torture beyond limits for an amount as petty as Rs. 340 which is totally unfair as service provider has no service ( infact all money MTS charged in name of service tax should be returned to me as it's no service at all)

                      Why May/June month bill is showing up when previous usage was not there for April/May and May/June and no bill was paid by me for April/May period?

                      I guess this is completely wrong and is a pathetic service by MTS.

                      If they want me in court I will be happy to fight for what's right, but I feel completely tortured and as a victim with this pathetic network.

                        I was promised for upto 9mbps speed when this was sold to me and i only getting someting close to 1mbps,. I raised a complaint to customer support and they said if i am getting 1mbps speed it is a good speed and rejected my concern,. But this was getting worst day by day and i was only getting 500 to 700kbps, i again raised complaint and this time they accepted it and even resolved the issue, but i ended up getting only 1mbps nothing more than that, every month i get a call from mts forcing me to top up even though i tell them that i don need it, twice i ended paying 2000 just because they kept forcing me yo top up, mts is not worth so much, i want to cancel the service

                        MTS is charging 3 Rs everyday without any confirmation. This is a serious problem in charging customers without consent. There is no option provided in MTS site to unsubscribe just to increase billing. MTS number: [protected]

                        MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Balance deduction.

                        When I recharge my account, they deduct useless balance from my account.But when I contact them, they told me that the service was activated by just receiving a call from them.Can't we receive customer care's call.It is true that I received a call, but I neither answer anything nor showed them any respond.Is there any rule to active a service by just receiving a call?Before it, they deducted about 500-600 rupees, sometimes they gave my balance back, sometimes not.

                          Hi i am amar my mts number is [protected] i have not use my mts from past six months last time also they forced me to pay 2700 i paid but this i m not going to pay single money for the un usage bill i tried of complaining to mts but no use of it only keep on torturing for bill payment.

                            I am using mblaze modem with data card number ([protected]). They gave me offer that if i recharge within the expiry date my balance would be carry forwarded. The expiry date of my balance was showing august 5th 2016. When i opened my laptop to recharge on the same day it was showing the balance is zero. I had around 6 gb of data. When i called up customer service they said that the balance expired on 4th of august. When i asked them if balance expired on 4th why was it showing 5th, they said 5th august means till 4th august 11.59 pm. This is really ridiculous. How can 5th august mean till 4th august 11.59 pm. Then they tell me to write email to [protected]@mtsindiaindia.in with the same issue. Initially they said that within 48 hours i will get a resolution. Then when i get back to them after 48 hours they say to wait for 24 more hours.. And now it has been more than 168 hours.. And they stopped replying.

                              I got transferred from ahmedabad to a different region of the country and i had requested the mts team to disconnect my services on[protected] which was not disconnected by them stating a technical fault at that point of time and was assured the same will be done in another 48 working hours. Later the services were still active and i communicated the same to the person through whom i had activated the service. I had paid the last due amount of 1295/- on[protected] and the use of 9 days was assured to me to be deducted from my security deposit of rs 4000 which was taken by the agent who gave me the connection. Later on[protected] i got a call by mts tele-calling team that i have a due of rs 2197/- for which i explained the entire thing.
                              The guy on the opposite line started abusing me and accusing that "'if i am not able to make a payment i should not use the service." after that their was no communication for 2months and suddenly on[protected] i got a call by mts team representative that their is a notice in tees hajari court for your non payment case and you are requested to make the payment in next 1hr for which i made a payment of the said due amount directly using an online portal.
                              But later again today i. E[protected] i received a mail that the amount is pending and i need to make a payment.

                              I only want below explainations from the team
                              1. I want the person who has abused me to apologise for the conduct language.
                              2. What about the payment i had made through online transaction.??

                                MTS is sending reminders for the payments which is done from my end. The connection was closed on Sep 2012 and now in 2016 they are sending SMS for payments when inquired they do not respond properly but in turn send sms stating that Lok adalat case is pending.

                                Customer care personnel calls and if i say that no dues are pending, they ask for proffs and when submitted they don't even reply and they send notice over email which will land in spam box. Can any one suggest how to deal with this 3rd rated MTS people.

                                  My mts no. Is [protected] i was paying about 1400 rs but after some price hike currenlty i'm paying about 1500 rs for 40 gb data (20 gb day and 20 gb night) but the speed is so worst that youtube videos still run at 360 p and worst part is after the whole 40 gb or 20 gb morning data finished the speed slows down and is so slow that it makes the 2g data speed seems to be faster. Every pages opens up after 2 to 3 tries even this happens to simple google website.
                                  I could have got a far better options at that price but for my needs i need a wireless connection, i'm fed up with shot of treatment with users and now i am thinking about cancelling my connection after so many years, looking for different options.

                                    My name is gagan Mendiratta, first of all i have been cheated by mts employees he said he dongle is for free, you just have to pay monthly rental before you buy it and they will give me a power bank.. They didn't even give me power bank plus they taken 1000rs for monthly rental. Just after a month i get a bill o[censored]nused mts dongle which i already applied for close my services as soon as possible i don't need it but still i got a bill of 1600, when the plan was of 1000 i already paid for that then why bill, and later they said that 1000 is for dongle.. What should i believe..

                                      Dear friends,
                                      Think twice before you go for mts connection data. I have been with mts for last one year. Since i had speed issue i was in a position to disconnect with mts service so i requested mts to disconnect my number [protected] with the request number 7050542 on july 30th 2016. I didn't get any email confirmation from them till 9th august 2016. So i did send reminder email to confirm about disconnecting service so that it would be helpful for me to pay your july 2016 bill amt. Rs. 1149 generated on august 1st with due date of 18th august.
                                      The same day, i got a call from their team that they wanted to file a case 420 on me. They are just threatening me to pay the bill, it was frustrating me that i had paid all the bills even 15 days before of due date but though i have due date till august 18th 2016, they are calling me and threatening me. Today 10th august also i got a call from one lady saying she is calling from delhi but her number is from [protected] (Andrapradesh). I did pay my bill yesterday 9th itself as i do not want to have a relationship with a cheater mts but they used to call me daily, not sure if they have proper management or details up to date. Please do not go for mts otherwise you will be threatened.

                                        Hi sir,
                                        I had been using mts data card 6 years ago and i closed my account with full payment without any due.
                                        They gave same datacard to some other guy without changing my information. That guy seemed to have not paid any amount. Now i am getting

                                        Messages over and over again since 2015.
                                        Mts is messaging me everyday stating that "advocate notice generated due to non payment of rs.912 for your mts a/c no:[protected]. Please

                                        Call [protected] for payment related enquiry."
                                        Today i got another message stating "appropriate legal & civil proceedings initiated due to non payment of rs.912 for your mts a/c

                                        No:[protected]. Please contact advocate [protected]".
                                        Kindly assist me on this. I don't want to go through any legal proceedings since i have already paid my dues, its mts's mistakes that

                                        They didn't remove my number from the device and sold it as is.
                                        Looking forward for your help.

                                        Hi sir,
                                        I am still receiving the messages from MTS stated that 'Demand Legal Notice is issued on your MTS Datacard [protected] for non payment of Rs.912. Remit payment immediately to avoid Lok Adalat summons. Cont:[protected]'.
                                        It is really mind stressing due to this kind of message despite its their own mistake.
                                        I am really getting frustrated and it's affecting my day to day life.
                                        Kindly assist me on come over this problem without any legal proceedings and without paying them the above mentioned since i haven't even use their services for almost 5 years.

                                        I too got a legal threatening even for the bill which has due till Aug. 18th 2016. I think, their management will lead them to meet with major reputation loss. if the continue this legal threatening on genuine customers. MTS will give serious attention on this issue?
