5 yrs. Back i had cancelled data card taken from mts which was used for just 3months max. At the time of cancellation, the whole bill was settled. After one year they sent one bill saying there is a balance of payment so cleared that also. But still today also 8/8/2016 they r sending advocate notice and mail saying there is a balance to pay. Fed up

    Dear sir,
    with due respect i like to inform you that I am a regular customer using Mblaze Dingle with the number [protected] but for last few months it is unused as whenever I connects the dongle it shows 1X error and unable to connect the internet. I went to MTS store at Jamnagar but the service person was unable to detect the problem further I have sent the device through agent to Rajkot office but again it returned back with no correction. I therefore request you to kindly guide on this matter

      i buy MTS DATA CARD LAST 2 MONTHS BEFORE
      NUMBER IS : [protected]
      by misstake i recharge Rs.1000 in my datacard for INTERNET, BUT ACTUAL RECHARGE WAS RS.999/-
      I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE support but they REFUSED AND SAID "WE ARE HELPLESS, CAN`T DO ANYTHING"
      Rs.999 we get 20 Gb data but in Rs.1000 i will get only 300MB data.
      what the hell off this..
      JYADA PAYMENT KARNE KE BAAD KAM SE KAM 20 GB NA TOH 10GB HE DATA PROVIDE KARDO. MAGAR THEY REFUSED..
      Fraud COMPANY MTS.

        Hi Team

        I bought this mts data card and since the day i have started using it it is giving me pathetic speed, it gives .15mbps download speed and .45mbps the upload speed. i have been calling the customer care department several times but i guess it is the worst experience i have had with any customer service industry. secondly i have been told that call back will be arranged by concerned department and then call comes and i was asked where are you using this data card on my replying in Ghaziabad call gets disconnected and call back is never received.

        So its a request that either sort my issue or i will stop using it and wont allow any one of my friends and family to use it ateast.

          I have complained to mts customer care about the speed issue even there are high speed data in my account on 24th july.
          Complaint no is : july/3150
          Datacard number : [protected]
          But seems they will resolve my issue on the 1st august. There are 8 days gaps during the solution process. I am not satisfy with their service. And they send me the full amount of bill. But i have not able to use any data during these 8 days. So i sent an email for the waiver that 8 days amount from my bill. But they are not agree with that.
          I am not satisfy with their answer.
          So i want to disconnect post paid data card services of number [protected]. From next time onwards i dont want any bill generation for this number. Otherwise i have to go to consumer court.

            I have purchased one WI FI data card of MTS on 16-Aug-16.From 1-Aug-16, the device stopped function and on calling Customer Care, I was told that the device is manufactured by LAVA and I need to contact with LAVA only, and MTS cannot provide any support.I was told the same thing on visit to MTS Service Centre in my locality.
            I have not purchased the the product from LAVA and was also not informed at the time of purchase that MTS would not take any responsibility in case of any defect.
            I have emailed the same to customer care email id of both MTS and LAVA on 2-Aug-16, and none of them have replied.
            I was also prepared to pay for a new data card, but the same was refused stating that MTS is merging with Reliance, so no new data cards are sold.
            The customer care address of LAVA is also not located very nearby for me two travel down to submit one day and take back another day after repair.

            Yes, I have contacted that no. and was told that its responsibility of MTS for repair/replacement as I have purchased the product from them, and not from LAVA.
            Thus MTS asked me call LAVA, and LAVA asked me call MTS !

              I was using MTS internet service for my personal use at home. As I was proceeding to my son's place abroad I have given a request to Customer care to terminate my service during the month of May 2016. As the billing cycle was going on made the complete payment for the month in June 2016. But the customer care representative was not ready to accept my request and repeatedly insisting to give the connection to any of family member or friends. This is not a right procedure and requested to cancel the service. Again he was insisting to opt for prepaid connection with very nominal charges and no formalities are required. Accordingly I have visited the customer service center at Bharuch in May 2016. But to the surprise they were insisting to make a deposit amount and to submit additional documents. Hence I have told them to terminate the connection. But i am getting repeated disturbing calls and messages to pay the dues and amount is getting accumulated month after month for no usage. Again I have sent a message in June to terminate the connection and withdraw the claim of connection charges. Even though I have got a reply for necessary action but the disturbing calls and messages for paying the dues are continued. It is highly frustrating for me and due to their inefficient and irresponsible service I am getting disturbed.
              Reqeust to take necessary action to terminate the connection with effect from May 2016 and withdraw all claims for any dues.

                Dear team,

                I would like to deactivate my account from this month and do not consider my usage from 1st august.

                My last bill should be for july-2016.

                I talk to mts store representative and at maninagar - ahmedabad and khokhara - ahmedabad, they both replied me same answer we can not deactivate on between month and you have to call on '[protected]' care number.

                Hence i schedule this my book and called your care representative laxmi (worli - mumbai), around 4 minutes and he ask me that i am also not authorize to deactivate the account and i will have someone to call back you today for deactivate confirmation.

                I am not able to afford mts charges now and i am not going to use it from next month, also not going to pay.

                Main reason : internet not require any more for my home simple.

                My humble request to care team to deactivate the number and send me confirmation for the same.

                  Not using Service but still paid 4000

                  I was using MTS Internet service [protected] from June 2014 to June 2015, I travelled oversees after June 2015, and took my MTS device with me,
                  I requested for deactivation, which didnt happened immdiately I paid for service which I was not suing from June 2015 to September 2015. Even then I got bill statement from MTS for OCT, I called & shouted @ them for reason for my deactivated account, they said it will be cancelled

                  Now, from May 2016 nearly after 6 months, I am getting Legal Notice directly for payment of outstanding bill, I haven't received any bill statement legal notice directly.
                  I called MTS Customner care, no response. I emailed no response, just getting Legal Notice daily, no response on my calls & clarification,


                  I am not in India from past 1 year, hence not using my MTS broardband for past 1 year from July. I have informed MTS to deactivated my account from July, but they failed to do it on time, hence I was forced to pay for services which was not active and used. I paid for service which was used for July, August, September which will around 4000

                  Again on October 2015, I receive bill, I immediately contacted MTS on Oct 3, Email attached, no response from them #Still I contacted the person from oversees, they said its some mistake, I should not receive my bill statement for my MTS

                  Now suddenly, I am receiving legal notice from VIJAI ASSOCIATES ADVOCATES without any notification / pending bill statement

                  When I can pay ~ Rs.4000 for the service which was used/active from July to Sept, which was mistake from MTS service team. paying 114 Rs is not difficult, but I do not expect Legal notice like above without bill statement from MTS. Can you please forward me email of bill statement first and give me due date before sending me legal notice, . On receiving bill statement I can/will pay Rs.114 immediately. I don't even remember my MTS details. And request you to kindly withdraw the Legal notice against me


                  I am calling Mr. Mani on Contact No. +91-[protected], which is not reachable always

                  Also email reply from MTS, just receiving NOTICE which is not advised, I am forced to take legal action against MTS


                  Note: If MTS Customer Services are recording the customer calls for audit purpose, I could suggest to cross verify my oversees call to MTS service center in month of Sept & Oct, The person said my account is deactivated, and no outstanding bills. It should be me taking action against MTS for delayed customer services and costs me ~4000.

                  Can some one guide me I would like take legal action on MTS from all psychological disturbance suffered by me.

                    I m using mts post paid no [protected]. Such is the level of worst services mts i cant tell you in one email. My bill of rs 672 was due on july 18 i made a payment of rs 700 in the morning of july 18 2016. I got the message from mts at 7:48 am that they have received my payment, now as per your company policy you de-activate the number if the payment is not received with seven days from due date. When i have made the payment and your system has sent me the acceptence message then why the hell did you stop my services for one long week, services started on 25b jul. Your customer care executives are just good for nothing holding people for long. They are the most bad people on earth. Mr lokesh, mr deepak, mr pankaj, miss shreya i spoke to all of them at [protected]. Your services sucks mts. I had a presentation on 19 july and it came as a huge embarrasment for me when your device did not work. Due to which i suffered some financial looses also, in the mean while i had to spend more than rs 500/- for recharging my mobile to talk to your executives and other so called fool seniors who kept me on hold for long hours. I have submitted a copy of this complaint to trai and consumer forums also. Please note that your services and people are worst on earth. Now the above forums will take up the matter with you.

                      Mts sucks...
                      They are taking their salary for doing nothing.
                      They all need to be fired.
                      Worst service provider ever with fake promises.

                      I have been using your services from past 2 years.
                      Its really panic now.
                      No one even provide any single support.
                      I called your bloody customer support but they are the most stupid people on the planet.
                      They arranged a call back on 22nd july its been 4 days but one has called me up.
                      More over neither they are not registering my complaint nor giving me my bill copy.
                      I was hoping for positive response today but again the same disgusting service i got.
                      They are bloody taking salary without doing anything.

                      Basically in 2 year last time for poor services and ignorance by mts i decided to the payment very 1st time.
                      However i got the call from mts that if i pay the same there will be no late charges and my problem will be resolve with in 2-3 days.
                      But now they charges late fee (bill is, 1200, 51 rs late charges).
                      Isn't it odd?
                      Customer care know nothing (they are john snow:) freaking out ppl. i wish they all die.
                      No one has sense in mts customer care so i am approaching you for this.

                      If this will continue i'll not going to pay even a single penny. whatever will be the consequences.
                      No one can pay only charges even if you people will not providing any support.

                        My concern : i was using unlimited stv of 999inr, after high speed data is over speed throttles to 32kbps. now by mistake i did prepaid recharge of 1299 inr (limited data usage). as a result i am not able to use internet at high speed. i talked a discuss with your customer care executive but they are not solving my problem.

                        Please do needfull.

                        My main concern:

                        (1) after recharge cant get a decent internet
                        (2) customer care executive says there is no s. o. p. to deal with this problem
                        (3) when transferred to his supervisor there is no way to confirm who we are talking to (on chat)
                        (4) customer care executive refused to lodge complain.
                        (5) no chat transcript option available

                        Please do reply as early as possible as internet connection have become a basic nessicity.

                          I had a mts connection for my home, i was using it for few months. I was using a package of 1100 and they said may be more 200 rupees for tax n all purpose. I was using it and was paying the bill as they used to charge but for too much expense, i thought of discontinuing the service and call their customer service and said to stop the connection. After that i had to shift for 2months to my college, and when i returned, they calling me n saying last time they didn't stop the connection and blamed over me only that i haven't done the method properly and sent me a bill of 1902/-, still thinking as my mistake i paid it and done all the methods they asked for, and after paying the bill, i personally asked to customer service, that is it the last or still i have to face troubles like this, and he said its full n final and no more bills i have to happy. But suddenly after 2 weeks they are saying u have still 200/- due to pay and they are literally calling me n harrashing and threating me. I beg your pardon and please take a step soon.

                            I recharged with Rs.999 for MTS 3g data services which is to provide 10 GB day and 10 GB night UL data services. But I am receiving 5-6 kbps speed even before expiring of the data balance. My problems are not being resolved by the authorities and today I was notified that already 5gb is spent on bufferring itself. I am in a lot of trouble.

                              22/07/16 morning 6am i request to activate 5 gb day & night speed booster pack in customer care via phone contact.. but they wrongly activated 5gb night pack.. i contact customer care but they not properly respond... i'm a 5 years mts postpaid customer... if they not respond my complaint next month onwards i will close the connection...

                                I have been complaing for a month now about me not getting any speed and i cant even access my emails. Have made several complaints to different advisors in the customer care, promsied call backs everytime but only received call back once and the guy called back did not understand a simple query that my internet connection does not have any speed and after keeping me on hold for 15-20 mins he said he will arrange another call back which never happend. I have intentionally not paid my bill for this month because i want my issue to be resolved. Also, for this month i am not paying my bill since i have not at all used my internet (Because obviously no speed).
                                I am now receiving calls asking for payments but no one seems to understand my issue and no one is ready to help in resolving my query rather all they want is the bill to be paid.

                                Please help.

                                  Hi, i have observed very slow speed on mts datacard in bangalore since 17th july 2016. Called their customer care but they suggested to clear browser cookies and temp files. Their suggestion did not work and the speed us slow for almost 4 days now. Dont know if i am the only one having this problem. I am located in thubarahalli bangalore.

                                    I have been using the data card since 2014-15 with compromised quality and wrong usage bills. So i finally decided to cancel my service on jan 2016.
                                    Some of reasons are:
                                    -they brought down my data limit from 15gb to 12gb without notifying me.
                                    -many times they have charged excess either in data or billing.
                                    -outages were never fixed on time.
                                    -no detail bills were given when asked on usages.
                                    -after canceling they are asking to return the dongle which i was asked to pay rs.1000/-
                                    -they took 5 days to cancel and sent a bill for rs.480. I told i am not liable for delay in their part.
                                    Now they are sending me threatening emails/sms/phone calls in name of lawyers and goondas. It is causing lot of agony and mental sickness due to their approach. What can i do to avoid such harassment? I am looking to go file a police complaint on fraud and cheating and harassment.
                                    Please help so i can respond to them.

                                    MTS dongle is not connected to y laptop when the peak time in ernakulam, Kerala and speed is killing my time. I complained to their customer care services and their approach was so bad, they tell me that they have no solution for this problem the only way to relocate my system.

                                      I have purchase the data card and used for several months and then i stop the data card (internet service) due to poor service. and then i have paid the bill and get the acknowledgement letter from the ambattur (chennai) station. but they made a criminal idea that stop the internet service and didn't deactivate my account so they make a bill of 674 rs and giving torture to pay. since iam from poor family i have to make statement for every money what i spend. since i have the letter they are not believing me. i don't leave my rights. people don't purchase any product from mts is a cheating company. i need clarification for that no one giving proper response.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I had used MTS dongle '[protected]', i had pathetic service from MTS which doesn't provide signal or speed @ home, i have launched multiple complaints, but no action from MTS. Hence i have converted to Prepaid due to bad services from MTS and to save the investment cost of dongle. I had paid all the outstanding @ MTS store in Tambaram west and got converted to pre-paid on 30/5/2015.

                                        After almost year(from 2016), MTS started claiming i have dues which i need to pay and the bill generated after i converted to prepaid...! Why i'm held liable for even after i paid my outstanding in their store.

                                        Now they are sending email and sms on daily basis with legal notice number 403, 405, 406 under section 420 IPC.. I sent mail with the bill copy and the ticket numbers why they failed to provide service and the converted dates... No one bothers to provide service for the money paid to them.

                                        Please help me in stop harassing me with repeated mails/messages. I'm ready to submit the bill copy and the ticket history and the useless MTS dongle. I know i'm not the first affect person, but not sure who is going to punish MTS for the bad service... and sucking public money without providing good service!
