I request them to collect the dongle back and return my money to me. When i call them they will tell that we will come and collect it but not coming and collect the dongle and returning my money back please take the action against him and inform me to return my money back at the earliest... I bought mts data card number [protected] last month, came on board on 5 apr 2016 after fulfilling all the documentation part on my name (Deepak girdhar)
I was anticipating normal services and initially it worked fine but to my surprise after 12-15 days my services got automatically barred... I have started using mts wifi dongel from february 2016. But unfortunately the performance claimed by the company is a fake . The actual performance is no where near the claimed performance. In addition the customer service department is useless and do not serve any help.

If you will call this retailer she will say same thing to you, you can try but I saw on the data card box that it is a postpaid card then how come it includes rental for one month then she said, yes whatever I told you it was right because after using one month you have pay the bill... I converted my mts mblaze postpaid connection to prepaid and now i'm not getting proper connection for my prepaid recharges.
I just lost my 698 rs. (299 & 299) to mts. I didn't get proper data for my recharges and also i got a bill of rs. 39 /-from mts even after when i converted from post paid to prepaid... We have MTS Lease Line Net connection, now want to disconnect the connection as soon as possible on immediate basis.

The customer care number is not responding and we could not find a way to disconnect it. The company will generate the bill without we using the connection... For confirmation MTS did Not mail nor msg came that following services has been activated. I just normally inquired about why my billing amount is more than they informed about these services... have purchased a New MTS mobile phone, but when i started using that phone the voice clarity is so pathetic. I am not satisfied with that model. I bought mts homespot instant wi-wi on 26/03/2016. I had speed issue which i reported on 31/03/2016. They promote speed high speed 3gplus is cheat with customer actually it's too bad speed. I live in delhi using mts signal show all 5 with 3g plus but downloading and uploading speed shows upto 0... I had tried to recharge the mts datacard for the first time and recieved an error after making the payment through hdfc net banking option. I then recharged it again successsfully with the reciept generated. But i didnt get any message
Regarding the refund of the first payment for which i didnt recieve any reciept... I purchased MTS data card by a direct person on Jan 1st 2016, I hardly used it for couple of weeks and not very happy with the speed. I tried using it in different location however the speed was not upto the mark. I spoke to the customer care representative and he told me to clear my last month outstanding balance and the current unbilled balance... I had taken mts data card internet connection & on mid of last year ( aug 2015 ) due to lots and lot of issues in speed, i mailed to disconnect to customer care but no reply, so again and again i mailed them and to know the procedure of closing & that outlet guy checked my connection status & told me to clear my outstanding till, so i told them to check why i had the connectivity issues, they replied one of the customer service engineer will come and inspect, but till day ( apr 14 / 2016 ) no one came to my home... Dear sir/mam mere mobile no [protected] par maine aaj 500 ka recharge krwaya aur mujhe offer pr 600 ka bala... been reaching out to mts to resolve frequent disconnection and connect failure issues, but all the times the requests were just closed without any resolution.
I was irritated and infuriated to core with the poor mts service and their team inability to address my concern.
There has been no proper service provided since november 2015, even then i was paying them with an impression it will get sorted out soon... The reply i received from mts 16/dec/2013 is as below :
