On march 28, 2016, i made a cash payment of rs 1100/- against purchase of mts data card from oasis it zone - sim/esn no.[protected] from executive nikhil.
After providing my aadhar card copy and other necessary documents also they didnt activate my data card subjected to the reason o[censored]nclear photograph. When complained to refund the money and discontinue the services(Complaint no. 1128130, 1117007, 1115513, 1114489) they activated the account on april 28, 2016 on the basis of the same id card copy.
Since then, the company claims that i have exhausted my 3g data limit of 5 gb and now i am left with 2g data speed of 20kbps or so.
After bring this matter to the notice of the official through 'twitter platform and registering complaint - may/481 with the customer care department also i am asked to drop in another detailed mail!
I am extremely disappointed with their irresponsible behaviour and want a refund on immediate basis.
MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I want my MTS connection [protected] to be closed due to personal reasons . so please tell me the process of closing the connection. My no is [protected] .

    The company offered me a waiver in payment of the bill and now they have disconnected my account . I have tried contacted the respective personnel but there is no response and the company is not taking accountability for the same . I have reciept and person's number for the same . The company does not have details of their own payment department and has been continously doing the same . I have tried contacting but no one picks up and they switch off their numbers .
    Kindly help me resolve this issue .

      Hi team,

      Need your very urgent help on of your retailer advised mr satish and mr santhosh gave a the wrong information about the 10 gb usage in morning for wifi dongle mts so i have not activated till now.

      I request them to collect the dongle back and return my money to me. When i call them they will tell that we will come and collect it but not coming and collect the dongle and returning my money back please take the action against him and inform me to return my money back at the earliest.

      Please contact them and inform them to return my money 1000/- at the earliest and they have not given the receipt also to me.

        I am using mts mblaze (Plan 999 (20gb day +20gb night)).

        My mts data card no. [protected] and contact no. Is [protected].

        Every month mts is charging extra money for value added services. Last month i talk to customer care and said to him to remove these vas services. But they not remove. When i talk about these services how vas activated they said i click on web for these services. But mts never confirm with me to activate these services, only charge for these vas services.
        And mts never mail nor has msg for these following services been activated on my dongle.

        If company not return my money back for vas and again add these charges in my bill in next month i will not continue with mts.

          My data card no [protected] mts karnataka. My plan is 499 monthly unlimited usage but the bill amount on 01/05/16 is rs 824. Last month bill dated 01/04/16 is rs 718. Usually the bill with all the included tax is 650 . If asked for the reason customer care team say value added services are activated. The complaint was registered and deactivated all the services on 12/04/16. The bill amount has increased next month even after deactivations. Again the same cycle repeats. To mention date of activation of value added services as said by customer care is december 2015. Unnecessarily i have to pay an extra amount each month.

            I bought mts data card number [protected] last month, came on board on 5 apr 2016 after fulfilling all the documentation part on my name (Deepak girdhar)

            I was anticipating normal services and initially it worked fine but to my surprise after 12-15 days my services got automatically barred. Here started the services wherein my anticipation was shattered and all your services seemed to me were nothing less than unprofessional

            I called up at your call center thrice to know the reason of my data card not working and then i got to know that my services were barred because i was allegedly using one mts data card in past with account number – [protected] (Mts number –[protected]) on the name of deepak kumar with some different address.

            While in first two calls, i was informed that some senior member of mts will give me a call back which unfortunately i’ve still not received and third time a gentleman mr. Imran informed me to visit mts store for my complaint. In all three times, my complaint was not logged

            It is further more surprising that mts didn’t even bothered to inform customer for barring of services but very much proactive in pushing bill generated sms, not giving a call back when promised from your call center and not even logging complaint for resolving customer’s pain. I am sure you can understand what will be my word of mouth for mts after going through all this painful experience after becoming a first time mts customer.

            Also i’d suggest you to get your dedupe systems checked, those are severely malfunctioning as you’ve barred my services because some deepak kumar with some different address used your services but not paid.

            Let me know if i can hope for anything better from your end

            Ps : i've received sms today for bill generation of my above mentioned number, services of which i could barely use.

              I have started using mts wifi dongel from february 2016. But unfortunately the performance claimed by the company is a fake .The actual performance is no where near the claimed performance.In addition the customer service department is useless and do not serve any help.

              After logging repeated complain i did not got any remedy.

              Moreover i was using a unlimited plan whose maximum bill value is rs 686 but this month i got a bill of rs.1829 .

              I request your intervention in this matter so that i get a roper justice.

                I have taken new data card from MTS and data card number is [protected].
                When I took this data card the retailer (Jai Shiv Shankar Communication) told that charge for this data card as well as one month rent is Rs 899/-. If you will call this retailer she will say same thing to you, you can try but I saw on the data card box that it is a postpaid card then how come it includes rental for one month then she said, yes whatever I told you it was right because after using one month you have pay the bill.
                Finally I convinced myself that it is ok because I thought other service provider also around Rs 1000 for data card.
                I am using Fedora 20 as an operating system and told the same thing to retailer she said it will work for fedora, she was right too bcz it is written on the box that it will work for fedora.
                MTS engineer (Karmveer) came my site and told that this data card can not use for Fedora but since I am a computer engineer, somehow I made it work for fedora but now I am facing speed issue and customer care is not supporting at all. I am struggling from day one and complained so many times but never got response from customer care side. Whenever I call customer care they will say "call us after four hours" or our expert will call you but I never got any response from their side. I have register complaint so many times but they always close my complaint without any solution. I requested them to take data card back if they are unable to solve speed issue but they refused to do this. You can see the attache d file which show MTS network it my home. It is varying from 4-5 blocks and I think that is sufficient for good speed. The retailer told me that you will get upto 9Mbps speed upto uses of 10 GB but after taking data card I checked on internet that it is not 10 GB but it is 5GB day + 5GB night.
                The speed is so slow that I am unable to open two tabs altogether in system browser.
                Customer care is not at all supporting even if I continue my call for 20 minutes and repeated too.
                I want this speed issue to be solved or else return my money and take back data card.

                  I have complained 2 times but my complain has closed automatically without resolving that i m having poor connection and speed but when i was purchasing mts agreed to give excellent speed on their dongle but speed is not coming of thats 1/3 part ...
                  now have stop using the dongle from 3 months, everyday the customer care calls says u have new offer and etc. but i rejected them but i was frustrated from the calls and get recharged my mts dongle for rs. 499 but the problem still didn't resolved and i have called customer care and every time they say that your problem has been resolved but it still continues...

                  Even though i have full 3g tower, i dont get speed more than 50 kb, but the expected speed was 3.1 mbbs.

                    Hi people,

                    I converted my mts mblaze postpaid connection to prepaid and now i'm not getting proper connection for my prepaid recharges.
                    I just lost my 698 rs.(299 & 299) to mts. I didn't get proper data for my recharges and also i got a bill of rs.39 /-from mts even after when i converted from post paid to prepaid.
                    They have the very worst customer service and they never understand what is the problem faced by the customer.
                    Please see the conversation with vimlesh(Customer care executive - mts india) and understand how pathetic mts customer service is and their customer executives too.
                    All they just say is some set of sentences which they repeatedly respond back to customers and they will never try to understand your problems with their services.
                    Even if they understand, they will not solve it for you.

                    I am wonder how i got a bill of rs.30/- for the month of march after i closed all my balance by february 2016 and converted my mts datacard from postpaid to prepaid.

                    All these this are making me worried and i regret for taking a connection with mts.

                    Hi vimlesh,
                    I should say that i am not satisfied with response i got for my complaint.
                    I was asking for my data usage log and all i got reply was that it is fine and some steps.
                    Also, i mentioned that i got a bill for postpaid usage even after when i settled my outstanding and converted my connection to prepaid and i didn't get a reason for that. My account still says that i have due amount.
                    Please provide proper information for the above.

                    Before disconnecting, i was asked to pay my outstanding and 3 days rent as advance since the disconnection will take 3 days. Everthing was done perfectly and the connection got disconnected. But again here i have an extra 39 rs bill and i didn't get data properly for my last two recharges of rs.299 twice. I'm trying to explain this to you multiple times and i don't know why you are ignoring to understand this.
                    Can this be escalated further so that i get a proper response.
                    The total experience i had so far is very poor and all i got just my words are not responded properly.

                    I just verified the usage history in my mts account and found that i didn't consume the whole 1.5 gb of data i recharged.
                    Also, the bill history mentioned that i have 39 rs. Bill generated for the month of march.
                    I am wonder how i got a bill of rs.30/- for the month of march after i closed all my balance by february 2016 and converted my mts datacard from postpaid to prepaid.
                    I was informed by the customer executive in mts retail in my area that i will recieve 2gb of data on my first recharge when converting from post paid to prepaid and i didn't recieve that too.
                    All these this are making me worried and i regret for taking a connection with mts.
                    Please take appropriate actions on this issue.

                    I'm not going to take it easy since i lost a total of 598 rs on two recharges for 1.5 gb packs.
                    I'm not ready to give my money just like that to a company who does like this.
                    I still have the messages of prepaid conversion and the amount i paid towards my postpaid connection.
                    I not going to let this mine go away.
                    Either i want my recharge amount back or the data for those recharges.

                      The customer care number is not responding and we could not find a way to disconnect it. The company will generate the bill without we using the connection. Earlier also we had taken connection and had to pay the extra amount. It is a fraud company which forces the clients to use their products.                         I have purchased a MTS dongle from NET EXPRESS a channel partner of MTS. Registered office at 96, Sarat Chatterjee Road, Kolkata- 700089 having email id [protected]@gmail.com and phone number [protected]/[protected]. This retailer has provided me with a different dongle which he had promised. He had promised me that he will provide me with a dongle in which I can manually select 2G and 3G networks. So that I can keep that dongle always in 3G mode and avoid it from getting on to 2G network. I reside in a area where the 2G network is strong so it is always remaining on 2G network and as you know the speed of 2G network. I am paying for 3G speed but getting a 2G speed.
                        Kindly look into the matter as its a case of fraud.

                          For confirmation MTS did Not mail nor msg came that following services has been activated. I just normally inquired about why my billing amount is more than they informed about these services.
                          Otherwise MTS fool customers by charging for services without getting any confirmation or information from their side.

                            I have purchased a New MTS mobile phone, but when i started using that phone the voice clarity is so pathetic. I am not satisfied with that model. Even i raised the complaint to the shopkeeper, he informed that in this model, there is a problem. i asked him so why he didn't told me earlier at the time of purchasing.So there is nothing to say in this regard and trying to mold the situation.

                            Even i am not able to listen even the single word when someone is calling.

                              I bought mts homespot instant wi-wi on 26/03/2016. I had speed issue which i reported on 31/03/2016. They promote speed high speed 3gplus is cheat with customer actually it's too bad speed. I live in delhi using mts signal show all 5 with 3g plus but downloading and uploading speed shows upto 0.41mbps.

                              After 23 email conversation with customer care they replay me on 05/04/2016 further about bill waive off, we would like to inform you that we have registered a request to confirm bill waiver.
                              The service request number is 3371904. We will update you on your concern by 22 working hours.
                              Further, about refunding the cost of data card. We would like to inform you that we are working closely on the issue and will come back to you shortly.

                              After that customer care don't replay my any mail always send me automatic replay again and again copy past. They avoid all my complain.

                              1. We have applied for a connection by 26th March 2016
                              2. Connection activated on 29th April (after all the required documentation & verification)
                              3. We have informed to customer care over the phone that we are not satisfied with Internet speed on 30th March 2016
                              4 We have sent a mail too on 31st Mar 2016 against the same poor internet speed & got some advise over the phone from customer care to delete our temporary files to increase the internet speed.
                              5 According to customer care they were not able to provide satisfied service (due to low coverage area/ this thing was hide at the time of connection provide by customer care or MTS executive) and decided they will cancel our connection & refund all amount against our request number 3366388/ MTS Number [protected] dated 1st April 2016
                              6. They confirmed that they refund the amount within 38 ours with waive all the bill amount on 1st April 2016
                              7. we are not getting single response from MTC customer care even after lots of reminders or not getting proper response over toll free number
                              8. after complaining on consumer (on line) we have receive a debit note from MTS (Rs. 362)

                              My concern is MTS is a just fraud, they are making fool us, i am a graphic designer / free lancer & due to bad internet have lost my client & biz (around Rupee 60, 000)

                              Kindly help me to get my complete refund along with charges of DATA Card device (INR 1000) with compensation for my lost biz

                                  I purchased MTS data card by a direct person on Jan 1st 2016, I hardly used it for couple of weeks and not very happy with the speed. I tried using it in different location however the speed was not upto the mark. I spoke to the customer care representative and he told me to clear my last month outstanding balance and the current unbilled balance. My monthly charged is 639 ( postpaid) I paid 1300 additional one months payment and asked them to close. I spoke to a customer representative Rajesh and explained him to close the plan however he is try to convince me but not accepting the custom request to deactivate after 30-40 mins of argument with him he finally accepted to take my request. After couple of hours I got a message that your request has been raised along with the number. After couple of days got another message your request has been closed. So I again called the customer care and mentioned the request number and asked them what is the request belong to this number and a customer care rep is telling that " sir, you have accepted for a temporary deactivation, for 3 months". I never asked / accepted for this temporary deactivation. How come this people can do like this? I want som higher authority to look in to this and deactivate the connection and this guy Rajesh put me in to so much of pressure and mental torture.. If you listen to the conversation I had with him you will understand how much he tortured me that too during my office hours.

                                    I had taken mts data card internet connection & on mid of last year ( aug 2015 ) due to lots and lot of issues in speed, i mailed to disconnect to customer care but no reply, so again and again i mailed them and to know the procedure of closing & that outlet guy checked my connection status & told me to clear my outstanding till, so i told them to check why i had the connectivity issues, they replied one of the customer service engineer will come and inspect, but till day ( apr 14 / 2016 ) no one came to my home. But i have received several calls and messages, to pay the balance, now they are threatened me that criminal offence will be charged against me. My question is why????. My question is i had paid my billed before i got the issues. I have emailed them from 11/10/2015, but till date the bloody hell was not come for inspection. My mts number is [protected]. I need the proper answer. Or any one help me to how to file a complaint against them.

                                        For the past four months i have been reaching out to mts to resolve frequent disconnection and connect failure issues, but all the times the requests were just closed without any resolution.
                                        I was irritated and infuriated to core with the poor mts service and their team inability to address my concern.
                                        There has been no proper service provided since november 2015, even then i was paying them with an impression it will get sorted out soon. But the issues have never been resolved and i had to ask them to disconnect my account permanently on 31st of march. Now they keep calling and behaving in a very rude manner and forcing me to pay the 1400 for which there was no services provided at all. They also said in a threatening tone, that i will continue to receive bills for the coming days/ months /years and face legal action too. Could you please help me resolving this? Or direct me to the contacts?

                                        Their customer care does not even know what the word polite means. Poor service.
                                        MTS provides pooor services always.. Such service providers should be banned in India. Please do some thing to stop these cheatings...
                                        MTS is always known for poor services, as just expected. We knew they are inability to provide good services in terms of internet data. At least they should train their customer care executive in proper way. How to talk or behave with customer when calling them for asking queries. What are principle they should keep up while talking to the end customer. When I was on call with the customer care executive, It felt that i was in the Fish Bargain market and bargaining for something. I was really frustrated with the support we received from the customer care executive. No other words to describe it had enough with them. Hope the concern team will take proper action to rectify this problem in the future to have good experience with MTS.
                                        MTS provides always poor services .They are cheating customers. I have payed 2 years without any delay. Last December 2015 i was unable to pay due because of MTS didv't provide network. they disconnected & ask me to pay the due. MTS is having having 3rd party to collect the bill. they ask me to some amount & i paid immediately. 2 days later again i am getting message you have to pay MTS bill. When i called to customer services they are telling that they are separate team, we don't know you have to pay bill. This is how MTS customer services cheating their customers.
