There is always a speed issue with MTS. You pay Appx. 1200 rupees a month for getting 10-20kbps speed. Think of taking MTS. My Datacard money is totally waste. See speed test results below. my Number [protected].

I purchased a new MTS Dongle with Rs 599 to plan of 5 GB night +5 GB Day high speed 3 g data. when i started using it, it gave high speed for a week and i hardly used about 4 gb of data in the month and was charged Rs 420 on a prorata basis, but it hardly works now. i complained bout thrice for the same issue to customer care but the dongle hardly gives me 2g speed and mostly it wont even connect to the internet... is my complaints for MTS blaze data card with lots of disappointment for their kind of service.

I have purchased a new MTS connection on Jan 7th Jan 2016 with MTS MBlaze with prepaid plan 599.
Since the date of activation, no 3G speed is provided. The max download speed is about 0. 5 - 0. 8Mbps where as the upload speed is 0. 4-0. 5Mbps. I have given a complaint on the same around Jan 10 and they updated me that they will resolve it in a two weeks time as they are doing some update works on the tower... procured a post paid MTS Dongle ([protected]) for the use but due to bad service asked the customer care executive to close it and send any executive to pick it back. BUt they neither closed it nor picked and send a bill of with legal notice of non payment of amount Rs. 2355. This is inform I have raised lots of complaint against my network issue and I spoke wit lots of agents from Mts
None tried to rectify the issue
Disconnection request was given after clearing my outstanding
A lady from retention called me to convience to use the service
Then I tried to use the service m it was no use and I did wasted hell lots of money paying the bill
There was a unprofessional call from collection agents asking for payment
Few days back I contacted ur agent since I received threatening call from court and Cust care rep told me don't go beyond those calls since that was given from our end by Mts legal adviser
Lastly wen I denied to pay my bill
collection agent convienced me to pay 2100 so that they can refund the device amount which was ₹800
Please assist

However after a couple of months on the name of consumer court judge some people call me and from different numbers and told me that he is calling from Delhi high court and he is Court officials, a case was registered against me so i need to come to Delhi court and gave me some case number... I have closed my MTS connection long back. They have taken weeks time to close the connection from date of closing request and for that also they have charged. Still I have cleared the amount 13 days back. There is on Manager by name Mr. Raghavendra from whom I have received mail to clear the amount, after clearing the amount at Sistema Shyam TeleServices, I reverted him back to stop sending messages... Initially MTS provided committed services and I was regularly paying all the bill but within few months I was facing speed issue which was confirmed by technical team of MTS and they failed to give the timeline for the resolution. - - mts has extremely poor speeds in delhi ncr, haryana, punjab and chandigarh and i believe it si same in entire country.
- second reason they will charge you high smartly by putting you on very poor speed saying that you have exhausted your limits, a nd then customers are not given and transparency and customers cannot prove anything... so I have recharged my mts data card on 6 jan 2016 of ₹ 699. i should get 7gb date with 3. 5 gb(1. 5 times of 7gb) means total 10. 5gb. but i have got only 7gb data.
this company is telling a lie that you got 10. 5 gb data. and there is no any facility to show the data which i have got... I have ordered for a MTS device on 22nd January and you gave me a confirmation that I will receive the device and it will get activated on Saturday afternoon.
After several follow up I have received the device on monday.
Still now it has not been activated. I dont want to use it anymore... 22/01/2016 recharge my mts after 4-5 month. and now it is not working. i give you all detail recharge my mts dongle.
