I have purchased a MTS connection MTS M Blaze with Post Paid Plan 599.

Since the date of activation, No 3G speed is provided. The max download speed is about 0.2 - 0.4Mbps.
I have given a complaint on the same in Jan month and they told me that they will resolve it within a week.
Since the issue is not resolved, I have raised another complaint. As per this complaint. They said to me that "As you are in the area of low network usage, it is not possible to have a higher speed and we will be updating the data network at some point of time". I don’t understand if the number o[censored]sers increased and they did not have enough support and bandwidth why did they sell so many devices.
I asked them to provide another feasible solution otherwise I am not interested in continuing with their service.
I would like a refund if they are not planning to upgrade their service since I have chosen MTS for a high speed data network.

I have Post Paid Plan (5GB Day + 5GB Night) 599/-only but they charged me Rs 404 extra amount in the monthly bill and telling that it is roaming charge, I could not understand that in Hardwar only how they charged for roaming even Hardwar is coming in their specific areas.
Very Disappointed with MTS DATACARD Services.
This is cheating to the customer.

Conclusion :-
1 – Suffering from the low speed,
2 – Suffering from high amount bill, having plan for 599/- bill sent to me 1148/-

    Hello! Sir and ma'am, my name is narottam and I have used the mts data card before 1 year ago for around 2-3 months whose bill has been paid and and services has been broken down and my data card no is [protected].
    Initially I got the somroneelse's data card which have returned whose no is [protected], but for this no I am getting very thereating call from the complany but it's not my data card they have mismanaged the information of 2 accounts and I get the calls of someonelse's dues on this no even I have deactivated my account. This is so bothering, I request u to sought out this issue as soon as possible.

      I took an MTS connection with no MDN [protected] during AUgust 2015 trusting on the advertisement made by the company by paying Rs 999/-.But to my utter dismay I couldnot avail the services not even a single minute as there was no range for using the device.The same was reported several times through their customer care services, but there was no use, instead I lost huge phone charges by way of holding the telephone for longer durations .Without addressing the service problems they started sending bills unwantedly and they finally sent an advocate notice to remit Rs1332/-.I paid the amount through netbanking on[protected]. This is a fraud company and they are threatening the consumers by engaging an advocate who is playing. to their wills ans fans.
      I request the forum to kindly intervene in this issue and actions may be initiated to reimburse the money.

          Hi,

          I bought MTS data card on August 2011, due to network issue in the Data card raised complaint to MTS and the Head of MTS from Chennai Sriram and the manager Sridhar accepted to refund the money back if there is no network in my area.

          So the same has been verified by their network team and SrirRam asked the corresponding team to refund the money back. I have got the money back on the same month.

          The person took a letter from me saying Refund has been received.

          I was getting the legal notice letter frequently, So I have contacted Sudaracholan from MTS who is currently in MTS. Informed to the person who called to me regarding leagal notice dept.

          Sudaracholan confirmed its under waiver, informed the same to legal notice dept and asked them to contact him.

          After 10 months again the same torturing message started flooding my message.

          Please help me in this regards, even after getting my refund amount im getting these kind of messages which is hurting me a lot personally.

            I want to temporarily close my dongle.
            But the company is refusing, earlier it has promised me.
            It is totally a cheat.
            I suggest one and all, please never choose MTS.
            Also speed was very nice but now spped is very very bad.
            Strict action should be taken against this company.

                CCC making fools customer

                As per below, I have received MTS Data Card on[protected] at my Home after repeatedly requesting to your customer care & MTS Nariyana Office Person No- [protected] may be he is understanding himself AS CEO but failed to provide me any help, instead they just told me, I will not get any help any refund.
                after handover me the data card, i have ensure that my connection will be activated with in 24 hours but 6 days passed ( 144 Hours) but no body can activated this connection.

                I am sorry to say neither your customer care nor any is willing to help customer as customer is suffering lots of issues, customer may be forced to file Legal case & consumer forum against MTS Company.

                  I got an MTS -Mblaze data card. I asked while purchasing that if i have to deactivate it can i deactivate. he told yes sir whenever you want. Then i asked can i reactivate whenever i want.? He said yes whenever you want? i said even after 2 years? he said yes.

                  i purchased it.. Now about the service... it is athetic.. i bought a frustration for me.
                  Now when i want to deactivate it they said it will be deactivated permanently and can never be reactivated.
                  The arrogant response of customer care service is really frustrating

                      This company and product has given me problems starting from day 1. First their wifi dongle could not be used for wifi and had to be connected to the laptop for data use. Second the speed of the connection was terribly slow that made surfing very tedious. Third the customer care was slow to respond and unhelpful. An example being when my dongle was not getting any network the customer care told me that i was in a low connectivity area and there was nothing that they could do about that and this was after using that dongle in that area for a year. Fourth even after demanding the connection be cancelled since i am not getting any network and so unable to use dongle, i am still asked to pay subsequent month bills despite MTS not providing any connectivity.

                        I have ordered MTS Mblaze Ultra Wi-Fi (Postpaid) from
                        http://www.shop.mtsindia.in/ on 01/Feb/2016 and i already paid the
                        money through my debit card. When I was ordering the product,
                        according to the website I would receive the product within 3-5 days
                        but till now it not delivered and when I track my order it shows that
                        "Fulfillment in Progress" from the very first day .I also registered a
                        compliant at "[protected]@mtsindia.in" on Feb 9th, and you said we
                        will contact you within two days but again no reply from there side.
                        Order Details are :

                        I am attaching the copy of order confirmation mail received from MTS.

                        I request to MTS either to deliver the product or refund my money as
                        soon as possible. I also an old customer of MTS, but I really

                          My MTS Data card no.[protected].I have already asked the customer care to close my connection but it was
                          not done earlier even after complaining the executive, I haven't used the connection for whole January
                          month, 2016.I used the connection till December 2015.That Due amount bill i am ready to pay to continue
                          with the connection, I would like to be a MTS Valuable customer(3 Year) if this would be granted.

                          Also let me know when this connection been closed which I asked earlier via customer services executive.I
                          need to close the connection permanently and not going to pay for next billing amount by considering this
                          email notification formally documented specification.

                          Please close the connection ASAP and let me know its status.

                          Reminding you :I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FURTHER IF BILL WOULD BE SENT TO ME EVEN AFTER THIS WRITTEN

                              I had been a customer of MTS data card for past 6 years. I had been facing speed related issue for last many months. I made several complaints in customer care but there was no action.

                              Then on 25 Dec 2015 I wrote to [protected]@mtsindia.in :

                              "Dear Sir,

                              I am very much displeased with the conduct of a MTS customer care executive who took the complaint numbered Dec-8220. I was trying o explain him the issue but he was as if lost in his own tune. He showed no interest to listen to me. Later I requested him to update my new address. He took the address and I asked him to repeat the same for confirmation. When he repeated, I understood that he made lots of mistakes and did not even note down the complete address. Due to his poor English I patiently tried to help him with the spellings. But he was so impatient that while I was repeating the address and the spellings he interrupted "Aap nischint rahea, aap ki address update ho jayegi". I asked him that how would it get updated when he has not entered the address correctly. At this, when I asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor he put my call on hold for few minutes without my permission before disconnecting it completely.

                              Sir, was he not supposed to ask me the spelling when he was not sure of it. In such a case I would have been very happy about his sincerity. It appears as if he is careless about his role and takes everything very lightly. This could be a serious attitude problem.

                              May I therefore request you to kindly take necessary action on this issue. I would also recommend you to kindly train him in very basic English communication as he is handling English speaking customers.

                              I have been using MTS for 6 years now. Earlier I was a pre-paid customer and now a postpaid customer. Recently I have been very upset with the way Technical and customer care executives operate and conduct with customers. This needs to be reviewed and if this continues then I don't know when I would decide to quit my engagement with MTS.

                              Then I got a very nice reply on 27 Dec 2015:

                              "Dear Customer,

                              Thank you for writing to MTS.

                              We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                              You have expressed your concern in the email dated Fri, 25th December '2015 regarding postpaid MTS number [protected] about unpleasant experience, we understand your concern and have taken a note of your complaint. Please accept our sincere apology.

                              We would like to assure you that your feedback has been shared with our concerned team to take the necessary action as per company norms to ensure such instances are not repeated.

                              We thank you for sharing the feedback and giving us an opportunity to improve our services. It is our privilege to have you as our valued customer and we look forward to a long and fruitful association with you. We earnestly hope that this does not affect your patronage to MTS.

                              Further, about address change request, we request you to visit at your nearest MTS retail outlet along with below documents to take the request for further processing.

                              • Address change form to be submitted (this will be provided by MTS retail outlet team).
                              • Proof of Identity (Same document to be submitted which was provided at the time acquiring the connection)
                              • New Local Proof of Address (In case of outstation address proof- Local referee name and address to be filled in CAF along with contact number).
                              • Self-attested coloured passport size photograph.

                              We would like to inform you that the change request will be processed within 72 hours after submitting the documents.

                              For your reference we have attached the list of valid documents accepted as proof of identity and address along with MTS outlets list.

                              If you require further assistance please do get back to us. We would be glad to assist you.

                              Then I wrote back to them on the same day, 27 Dec 2015:

                              "Dear Sir,

                              Thank you for your prompt action. Also I would request you to provide a solution to the speed issue I am constantly facing for few months. I have raised several requests but the technical executives have never called me even once. They close the request on the pretext of the excuse that my number was not reachable. This cannot be not true. You can try my number +91 [protected] and you would know.

                              Again, on 28 Dec 2015, I got a very pleasant reply:

                              "Dear Customer,

                              Thank you for writing to MTS.

                              We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                              You have expressed your concern in the email dated Sun, 27th December '2015 regarding postpaid MTS number [protected] about speed issue, we would like to inform you that we have registered a complaint to resolve the issue.

                              The complaint reference number is DEC/9547. We will update you on your concern by 29-DEC-2015.

                              Further, about dissatisfaction towards the resolution provided, we understand your concern expressed and have taken note of your complaint. It is unfortunate to note that your recent experience with us was not up to your satisfaction. We thank you for giving us an opportunity to improve our service.

                              If you require further assistance please do get back to us. We would be glad to assist you.

                              Thanking you,
                              Vimlesh Kumar
                              MTS Customer Care"

                              I acknowledged the above reply as follows:

                              "Dear Sir,

                              Thanks you for looking at the matter so carefully and promptly. I am positively looking forward towards the resolution of the issue.

                              Later I came to know from customer care that there is no complaint in open status. They are very clever in closing the complaint under the pretext that the called several times but the customer did not respond to the phone calls; liars.

                              Finally I wrote to them on 6th Jan 2016:

                              "Dear Sir,

                              I was very optimistic about your assurance. But it appears that this too turned out to be a fake promise. Yesterday I called up customer care and they said that all complaints have been closed. I argued that I am still facing speed issue. They said that they would arrange for a callback in 4 hours, however nobody called.

                              I sometimes feel like dragging you people to consumer court. But the easy way would be to forget this painful experience and relinquish the use of any MTS product. I would, henceforth, not use any MTS services and would recommend others to do the same.

                              Now I get regular calls from them threatening me with various consequences. One such caller is Pooja Rathode whose number is +[protected]
                              I would not disclose her complete number, as courtesy.

                              The conclusion that I draw is that MTS is very adept in writing pleasant mails, but their customer support is worst. They won't even read your complete email before replying. They must understand that if they continue to do this then they would not survive in the market for long.

                                I got a call from Delhi stating that a case has been logged on me from MTS for not paying the Datacard Bill payment.
                                I have been politely updating to all the MTS customer care calls that I have put this Datacard to Safe custody, but today
                                which has outburst my prolonged patience in answering to all of your customer care calls and the
                                pending bill payment messages which I get regularly even after confirming the customer care people that I have temporarily put this MTS Data card to SAFE CUSTODY (with a charge of 150/= for 3 months). I kept telling the same story to each and every customer call which I kept getting but finally I thot the time has come to put it forward to you people now.

                                I would like to tell you people also the issue and here it goes, Its regarding my MTS MBlaze Data card :[protected], which I got it few months back and due to some personal issue I had to cancel / temporarily hold this connection. So I decided to put this connection to Temporarily SAFE CUSTODY, which was suggested by one of your customer care people when I had given a call to disconnect this connection. So I made the last payment which was suggested by your customer care people, as without clearing the balance the connection couldn't be put to SAFE CUSTODY. Hereby right after making the payment I request to put this connection to SAFE CUSTODY & DONE . But few days later I started getting calls to make payment for this number and finally now I have received a Message stating that LEGAL ACTION would be taken. So I Would like to inform you people to kindly look into this issue and request to resolve this at the earliest.

                                  Good Evening. I am Srinivasan from Chooliamedu.I have purchased a "MTS Postpaid Data card No - [protected]" by July 2015.Please fing the below detials for "Postpaid to Prepaid Convertion"

                                  Today customer care exeutive and said that my request is rejected and ask me to pay amount for "my previous balance, next three days rent and convertion charge".Its their mistake to keep the connection in postpaid wthout any progress for my request
                                  Realy i am verymuch frustrated.i am facing mental worries because of this issue.Kindly help me to resolve this issue.Either they have to convert my connection to Prepaid without any further charges or Even i am ready to surrender the connection if they refund my amount.

                                    Sir,
                                    I am not getting internet speed that MTS Company Admitted me to give before I buy that dongle. I Complained too much at customer care executives. But the response or Revert Result is Negative. They Behave negatively with me. They do not agree to give me that internet speed as I get before.
                                    Now a Days, this problem occurs till last 2 months. I am not getting result which i want. I Registered too many complaints At customer care and also i talked with some persons which are related to this company like ASM, ZSM and Local Engineers, but now a days i feel like i m being fraud. I am getting tired to taking so many followups and i feel totally loss with my money, time, mind and energy.
                                    So please i request you to please give justice to me that which make me feel happy or satisfied.
                                    Please Do as soon as possible

                                      Initially I got the data card through an offer online which charged me 1299 for 1months usage and data card(both).
                                      Date start 17 Oct 2015/

                                      Which should be free for me for a month and thereafter bill generation of 999/- I suppose.

                                      I stopped using internet from November 2015 after 15 days of MTS usage.

                                      October 15th 2015 I started using, if you check you database and records.

                                      You have gone ahead and charged me 625/- rupees immediately after 15 days which is not correct.

                                      Next month I receive another bill 1678/- for which I didn't even use.

                                      Could you please reconsider and check this error.

                                      And give me the details.
                                      I am very sure that I haven't used.
                                      Plus my data card is prepaid.

                                      I have message, bill payment and bill payment which show 625/- was due and you suddenly charge me after a month 1678/- which is not right.

                                      I am really frustrated with the service and would like to raise a complaint against this system of bill generation.

                                      I have all the proof to show you that what you have charged me is unethical practise or was it a mistake from your side.

                                      And give me the details.
                                      I am very sure that I haven't used.
                                      Plus my data card is prepaid.

                                      Kindly reconsider the bill payment is what I advised them in an Email.

                                      Today I get a call from some unknown person advising me that they will be sending me legal notice if I don't make MTS payment for which I am charged for not even using and was very rude over the phone.

                                      The MTS customer service is very poor and these ladies over the phones act abusive even though you try explaining to them, they don't understand the basic problem.

                                      Plus today a person called and spoke to me in Hindi but the caller Id showed Karnataka but he's from Delhi I suppose.
                                      Unknown caller number is who issued me warning +91 [protected]

                                      In this care what should I do and steps/actions do I take against these calls where they don't even listen or understand?

                                      And also please see the attachment added on to this complaint

                                        For settlement of your said account, kindly make payment of an amount of Rs. 1255/- (hereinafter “Settlement Amount”).                                         all the dues are made & there are no standing dues for the MTS Mob. No : [protected]. You are required to send the details of any outstanding. There is no clause of self made said "settlement amount". you are required to immediate discontinue the connection.

                                        also, no discussions have ever been held in this regard
