I have purchased a new MTS connection on Jan 7th Jan 2016 with MTS MBlaze with prepaid plan 599.

Since the date of activation, no 3G speed is provided. The max download speed is about 0.5 - 0.8Mbps where as the upload speed is 0.4-0.5Mbps. I have given a complaint on the same around Jan 10 and they updated me that they will resolve it in a two weeks time as they are doing some update works on the tower.

On 16Jan when their service rep contacted me, I have raised another complaint that the issue is still not resolved and Jan 18th, they called me and updated, the issue should be resolved.

Since the issue is not resolved, I have raised another complaint (Complaint No: FEB/3233) on Feb 7. As per this complaint. they contacted me on Feb 9th and updated that "As you are in an area with high network usage, it is not possible to have a higher speed and we will be updating the data network at some point of time".

I requested for an ETA for this resolution and their update was they cannot provide me a Time for this. Hence. I asked them to provide another feasible solution otherwise I am not interested in continuing with their service.

Without any proper update, they cut the call and sent me and SMS that the issue is closed.

I would like a refund if they are not planning to upgrade their service since I have chosen MTS for a high speed data network.

    Dear Sir,

    My Name is Abhishek and I had procured a post paid MTS Dongle ([protected]) for the use but due to bad service asked the customer care executive to close it and send any executive to pick it back. BUt they neither closed it nor picked and send a bill of with legal notice of non payment of amount Rs. 2355. For Which I Made the Payment and closed the connection, dated 18 Jan-2016, But Now again I am getting a call that i have to pay Rs. 103 as closure charges. And this was not done with transparency during selling of dongle. Due to this, I am getting regular call from MTS executive .
    Request you to suggest the way forward.

      on 1st of feb i buy MTS wifi contact no. os MTS is [protected]
      since activation i am get problem not network wifi not working
      What device I got from you end it was not working ( defaulted )

      2. After 2 day I got new device after long follow up with your customer care

      3. Now big issues sales representative confirm me you will get 2 mbps speed ( wrong commitment I got only 97 kb )

      4. Again 60 time compliant I got 1 call
      5. Then MTS engineer visit my home place ( he checked no convective )

      Please it’s my humble request please refund my amount. I already check my used data 437 mb in day and 51 mb in night

      I don’t want any more help from your end please refund my amount only

        Firstly they provide the worst service as he said while selling their connection. Data card was not started after 10 days even. and when it started speed was very very slow. so i just bought another connection from another company. and that time bill was 630. even i didn't use their connection still they accused the bill amount and started to call me and my family and were using extremely bad languages. after 15 day they called me from above mentioned number. both number was driven by girls and they told that they are speaking from Tees Hazari Court and its legal and blah blah with very abusing words.

        suggest me to whom i should complain so that appropriate actions could be done with them. cause i found many helpline number like[protected] but which number i should dial for these kind of frauds. or they will continue their frauds.

          I used mts data card no[protected]., i lost my data card on september ., and in foem immdiatly to mts customer care to block the no ., but they told me that need make a payment to block the number., this is the first itme i heard like this ., AND THEN I SAID OK AND I CLEAR THE PAYMENT ON 6/11/2015 TO YHE MTS COLLECTION AGENT AND I GAVE REQUEST LETTER TO CLOSE THE CONNECTION ., AND HE IS ALSO ACCEPT AND HE RIGHT ON THE BILL ITS FOR CLOSING.,

          BUT HE IS NOT DO HIS JOB CORRECTLT., THEN AGIN I RECEIVED THE BILL ., AND I SENT SEVERAL MAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE ., BUT ALL MAIL HAVING SAME REPLY PAY THE BILL., I CANT UNDERSTAND THE FRAUD MTS .,

          TODAY ALSO RECEIVE A CALL TO PAY BILL., OR THEY ARE GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION ., HOW COME CAN TAKE LEGAL.,

            This is inform I have raised lots of complaint against my network issue and I spoke wit lots of agents from Mts
            None tried to rectify the issue
            Disconnection request was given after clearing my outstanding
            A lady from retention called me to convience to use the service
            Then I tried to use the service m it was no use and I did wasted hell lots of money paying the bill
            There was a unprofessional call from collection agents asking for payment
            Few days back I contacted ur agent since I received threatening call from court and Cust care rep told me don't go beyond those calls since that was given from our end by Mts legal adviser
            Lastly wen I denied to pay my bill
            collection agent convienced me to pay 2100 so that they can refund the device amount which was ₹800
            Please assist
            This is the such a worst service I have experienced so far
            Looking for the speedy response
            I did received threatening call from Delhi high court
            Finally I did paid 2200 using my credit card which is of no use

              Yesterday during downloading 1.7gb size file, when reaching 1.2gb size after 3 hours download stopped due to unknown network error . This causes my paid data size 1.2 gb loss . Can this message helps me to get my lost data back .

                Respected Sir/Madam,

                I had used MTS internet connection till june 2014 and cleared all the billing to their repesentative collection agent in Maduravoyal, chennai.

                However after a couple of months on the name of consumer court judge some people call me and from different numbers and told me that he is calling from Delhi high court and he is Court officials, a case was registered against me so i need to come to Delhi court and gave me some case number. Threatening in the name of Court official and faking his identity is against our laws.

                any how on dispute of just Rs.937/- they are harassing the customer like their wish till now. forgetting all above till now i wish stop this by settling the pending amount which no one in MTS is taking into consideration.

                Kindly look into it and please help me to solve this issue.

                    I had submitted a request to disconnect my datacard on 25 Jan 2016. But, after paying final outstanding amount on 25 Jan, and receiving confirmation via email that my datacard will be disconnected, these people have gone ahead and activated my account and are now stating that the bill has to be paid to deactivate once again.

                    Pathetic customer service, even worse complaints management.

                    The entire team is useless and lying on top of it to get more money from customer.

                    Till date, no action has been taken to disconnect my datacard and I am being billed after submitting request to disconnect it more than 1 month ago.

                      I reference to my payment due of the above mentioned No I would like to inform you that I already paid the amount of Rs. 1485 to your MTS store named NET IKON on Dr. yagnik road, RAJKOT Bill No 8623 with the closer application of my MTS dongle. The person sitting at end, had confirmed the same and assured of the closer of my a/c in good faith.

                      Then after I received a call from the company also for the improvement of the service and requested me to restart my services also.

                      I was deliberately taken aback when I received an SMS for the bill generation though I had already closed my a/c with MTS.

                      Please suggest why should I pay the amount as I have already closed my a/c with you.

                      I had a good faith on your company till some days ago which has been collapsed by your legal notice and had filled my mind with stress and mental harassment.

                      I would like you to check and collect the details and do the needful whether it is the fault at your end and bring me out of such mental harassment.

                        I have closed my MTS connection long back. They have taken weeks time to close the connection from date of closing request and for that also they have charged. Still I have cleared the amount 13 days back. There is on Manager by name Mr. Raghavendra from whom I have received mail to clear the amount, after clearing the amount at Sistema Shyam TeleServices, I reverted him back to stop sending messages. But still no change and whenever m calling them they will say amount still not paid.

                          I had asked for deactivation of my two MTS connections ( MTS number : [protected] and [protected]) on 18th of November 2011. I had surrendered both the devices and paid the outstanding bills also. I have all the receipts with me and also a letter from MTS executive that all the dues are settled.

                          I have sent all the receipts to MTS customer service support and sent an email to MTS CEO. But nothing worked. Still my connections are not deactivated.

                          From past 5 years MTS is continuously sending me notices and messages for non payment of bills. I have even sent the bill payment receipts and email communications between MTS and myself as proof.

                          This has become a mental harassment for me to answer their calls every time and respond to their emails, notices and messages. Each time I send the receipts, they are telling that they will definitely deactivate the connections. But still they have not done and they have sent me a lok adalat notice to attend it on Feb 12 2016.

                          Please help me in deactivating these MTS connections.

                            I had made a payment of Rs 700 to MTS india through their website www.mtsindia.in on . Trasaction Date: 19-Nov-2015 03:06 PM. Transaction id :[protected]. MTS number [protected]. I was told the next day that since the payment was not received in my account I should make the payment again and the previous payment would be returned to my account within 7 working days. I made the payment again on 25-Nov-2015, which was successfully received . However, the refund of Transaction id:[protected] has still not been made, despite repeated emails and phone calls to consumer complaints. I have been told now that the money cannot be refunded as it was sent to a wrong MTS number . I do not understand why did MTS accept the payment if the MTS number and name did not match.It has been more than 3 months that I am trying to get my money back .

                              I bought MTS connection ([protected]) for internet services. Initially MTS provided committed services and I was regularly paying all the bill but within few months I was facing speed issue which was confirmed by technical team of MTS and they failed to give the timeline for the resolution. During this period I visited the MTS outlet and MTS representative confirmed that in my area recently many connections are given. As per my limited knowledge of this business I understood that this has increased the load and speed was getting divided into increased users hence I asked for specific timeline.
                              I paid 1099 for initial dongle and MTS was suppose to give uninterpreted service and I was suppose to pay all the bills regularly which both the partied did. In absence of concrete resolutions from MTS I stopped the payment of my outstanding bills and requested MTS to collect Dongle since its of no use for me. MTS denied to resolve the matter. In this matter I sent mails to Nodel office on 'nodal.[protected]@mtsindia.in' & 'appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in' on 2nd December but till date no response is received. However MTS sent me legal notice to appear in court which I feel completely unethical. I contacted them for the resolutions but they failed to response.

                              Hence I request you to seriously look into the matter and resolve the matter. Ask MTS to collect the dongle and close the matter as there is no fun to keep it with me when I can't operate. And Service provider shouldnot ask for the money if they are not providing the services what they have committed.

                                Till now I haven't got any response for the return/surrender of MTS device.
                                The new MTS connection number provided to me is : [protected]
                                I am getting calls from MTS team from Friday(29th) for the activation of device (8 days later). I have clearly said them not to activate my device since I don't want to use it anymore.
                                On 27th January 2016 I spoke with floor supervisor (Vijay) stating that my ID proof was not clear (RTO sign on Driving License is blurry). He asked for clear ID proof which I haven't provided till now.
                                But then I am getting follow up calls for activation of device.
                                Not sure how they are trying to activate now.
                                Support team is trying to convince me for activation but no response on returningsurrendering the device thou it has purchased online.
                                Everyone (Supervisor) has no idea and they are saying it is not possible to return the device since it was updated with my IDAddress proof.
                                They were unable to generate SR number since the device was not activated and it is possible to convey with oral communication only.

                                  - mts dongle (I have experience o[censored]sing it in delhi-ncr and chandigarh/ haryana and punjab)
                                  - - mts has extremely poor speeds in delhi ncr, haryana, punjab and chandigarh and i believe it si same in entire country.
                                  - second reason they will charge you high smartly by putting you on very poor speed saying that you have exhausted your limits, a nd then customers are not given and transparency and customers cannot prove anything..
                                  You may be tempted like me to take mts dongle, but even for a small usage of 3-4 days, you will get a below message from mts : like i received on day 4 of taking mts and then they will ask you for more money after trapping customer to but dongle…
                                  We have observed that you have utilized 80% of your high speed data limit on your current tariff plan for the mts data card 84xxx270xx. You can purchase additional data and maintain your high speed by subscribing to our speed booster packs.

                                  Mts tarps customers to buy low cast wifi but then eventuality charges extra by these top ups or else they will put you to extremely poor 2 g speed

                                    Sir I have subscribed for post paid mts india data connection on 25/10/2915 No [protected].I am in the monthly plan of Rs 599/Rs 687 with tax.I have paid Rs 1300 for data card.From the begining the net work was not working properly.I have madeseveral complaints.all gone in waste of time, Finally I requsted to change my plan to prepaid.The CC asked me to clear the outstanding bills to local outlet Maduravoyal, Chennai.I have made payment of Rs 686 on 12/01/16 and given all my documents to change pre paid . I have paid Rs 200 for conversion bill no 6960 dt 12/01/16.now the problem is, the retail outlet at Maduravoyal says that we can only change the plan only after 4 months i.e 25/02/16.on contacting the cust.care, they directed me to contact retail outlet.In this connection I have fedup and being a senior citizen, I am helpless.I could not understand why I must pay for my irregular service providers?Is there any possiblities to take legal action?

                                      i have recharged the pack by which the data becomes 1.5 times of original recharge.
                                      so I have recharged my mts data card on 6 jan 2016 of ₹ 699. i should get 7gb date with 3.5 gb(1.5 times of 7gb) means total 10.5gb. but i have got only 7gb data.
                                      this company is telling a lie that you got 10.5 gb data.and there is no any facility to show the data which i have got.
                                      sir i have again recharged my mts card by 699 but again i have been cheated by this company...


                                      sir i am student.i have to take online class by doing data recharge. it is very difficult to earn money for me and MTS is cheating with my life.

                                        I have ordered for a MTS device on 22nd January and you gave me a confirmation that I will receive the device and it will get activated on Saturday afternoon.
                                        After several follow up I have received the device on monday.
                                        Still now it has not been activated. I dont want to use it anymore.
                                        Since it was purchased online, just guide me on how and where to return the device.
                                        This purchase was made for an emergency issue and its been more than a week. Finally I got another Wifi dongle and a SIM which was activated on the same day.
                                        Since this device is purchased online, even MTS customer care could not guide how to return\surrender the device. They are curious on just activating my device.
