Dear sir/ Madam,
I have purchased mts data card on dec 19th. still now it is not working. i have raised too many complaints. they didnt give proper solution and they will closed the ticket without confirm with customer. We are unsatisfy with MTS data card... MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Band width 100 kbps where as being charged for 3G data (complaint)
I am using a 3G data plan from MTS of no [protected] for 40 GB data monthly for 999+ taxes plan.
For long I am getting speed of 0. 05 kbps and lodged complain with MTS, they failed and asked me to communicate to appellate committee. Did every thing and now I am getting a call from some one, identifying himself as MTS employee, told me they can not provide any speed more than 200 kbps per minute... did not settled my mts account and kept on sending fake bills for payment and sms as well.
Kindly, look into the matter as soon as possible because it is giving me mental torture. Please, look into this seriously.

and when i contact customer care of mts they replaid this offer only for new users and i said you people didnt mentation this offer only for new users and when i asked my 201 they said u lost your 201 and u can go for consumer court its tottaly fraud with us and i already sent maIL TO MTS CARE BUT NO REPLAY OR ACTION

I am one more bakara for MTS i would say i used this pathatic service in the year of 2012 .
I was using 899 unlimited plan suddenly i got an email saying my plan got changed to advance rental plan of Rs 2399. 22 and i was charged more than rs 3000. I have called the customer care more than 20 times repetedly explaining the same issue... I recharged my mts data card app 7 dic. 2015.
but after some days speed become so poor.
i got the messege that you have crossed your limit of your high speed data.

I got the MTS post data card and cancelled due to extra charge and they told me to pay full payment up-to-date bill and i was paid the full bill and cancelled the MTS post connection its happen before 11months
and Now, i got call from one lady Her number[protected] she told tat we got complaint about mts bill payment with you... I brought new MTS postpaid connection for RS 1300 and plan is 999. Seller told something about plan which is not actually available in plan list. I am not aware of it and retailer didn't show any plan details he just explained about the details.
Retailer gave so many commitments about 999 plan... Am happy to share it with MTS if they do care to ask me for it)
I have been trying to get MTS to cancel my MBlaze data card for about 4 months now. I first asked for a cancellation in September and I am still getting bills and calls asking me to clear the bills! The guys who call you don't seem to be working for MTS...
